Yes, Vyom and Sharanya's marriage has a legal standing because of various important reasons :-

1. If we go to the beginning 1st episode when sharanya was in coma, it was Vyom who fought back for Sharanya's comeback from coma because he carried live fire with his own hands & did aarti and ran on barefeet to temple to revive back Sharanya. Unless it was True Love from Vyom's perspective, he wouldn't have done it.

2. As Shiv is a Ghost in EDT & during Manali Trip, they showed Shiv as chanting shlokas. But, he was a ghost and doesn't have a body, which is good. He might be a nice ghost but Vyom did all Poojas and Rituals with his Human Body, where Body hurts when Fire touches the Skin. Shiv couldn't go near Fire being a Supernatural element. So, Vyom's Love is True and Vyom Sharanya's Marriage has more weightage than Shiv Sharanya's Relationship because Shiv Sharanya's relationship was based on infatuation & Lust, but *****Vyom Sharanya's is more connected towards Friendship, Love, Respect & Care for each other*****. Prateek has made Vyom Negative since the past few episodes to make Shiv's character look positive, but he made a blunder. To be honest if we see since beginning, Vyom's Love for Sharanya is always True and Same. I feel Vyom hasn't negatively committed anything be it murders or etc. Vyom might be obsessive and might have shooed off people who came in between Sharanya and him, but I think in the end, I feel he wouldn't have killed anybody because I hope the ending is not sad as I hope Vyom is not a Cruel Guy like everybody says. Vyom's characterization is such that he has more values and morals compared to Shiv.

Also, Hindu Marriage cannot be invalid once it is performed according to Hindu Rites & according to Hindu Marriage Act unless both Husband and Wife go for Divorce. Because I don't think Vyom will give her divorce, so it cannot be invalid because Marriage Court will not accept unless Couple mutually agree for a Divorce. I think Vyom will change positively for Sharanya and will make her understand his Love & will make sure that Sharanya also loves him back. Vyom's Love for Sharanya is very Pure and Sharanya is more concerned about Vyom & she didn't leave him on road though he was drunk. Some say that she is Sharanya Bisht & in some regions to be clear after marriage, Girls carry Father's Last name / First name also. So, it's not uncommon for a married woman to carry her Father's name.

I don't think Shiv and Sharanya's Love is eternal nor epic nor soul connected.

I strongly feel it is Vyom and Sharanya whose Love is Eternal, Epic, True and Soul Connected.

It is not Shiv & Sharanya.

It is Sharanya + Vyom = S+V as in Shvom i.e. Shiva and Parvati as ONE not as two separate identities.

Doctor is about to take off Sharanya's life support. Her family looks on. Right then, windows open. The monitor plays continuous beeping sound. The coals in Vyom's hands douse on their own. He looks doubtfully at Devi Maa's idol & leaves from there. He reaches to the hospital & sees Sharanya has woken up.

If someone believe so much in these rituals & all, how come the coals he was carrying in his hands douse on their own? Isn't that a ashubh sanket?? In fact, Vyom was the one responsible for Sharanya's this condition...directly or indirectly but he was surely involved. Anyway, I don't think it matters much as to who got her back to life. What matters is, she got her life back for a motive. A motive to punish the real culprit. And I don't think there could be any bigger punishment for Vyom than getting it from Sharanya, the girl for whom he committed all the sins.

As far as divorce is concerned Sharanya can obtain it even without obtaining any mutual consent from Vyom given the fact that the whole marriage itself is a big scam, second the guy is mentally unstable third he is a murderer and a criminal.. fourth he molested sharanya and if Sharanya wants she can lodge an FIR against him for that too! But the fact is no one is compelled to remain in a loveless and a fake marriage which mocked the rituals as a whole! Sharanya can easily get out of that hellish marriage she has gotten herself into!

As far as Vyom changing i dont give a crap about whether he changes or not because he will have to pay for what he has done and there is no way in hell he should be forgiven for it so forget about him ending up with Sharanya because Sharanya deserves much better if not an eternity with the guy she truly loves that is Shiv

That means the fire that has been doused off in Vyom's hands has been lit in Sharanya's Life by Devi Maa. She has ignited her back to Life, is breathing normally and has woken up.

Aree yaar, Why does sh have to be silenced? It stands for Sharanya and need not be russian although it might be applicable if it is used in more than one language. It is Sanskrit based from what I learned.
