I think you have not seen the conversation of Jaanvi and Amma in episode 11.

The video clip has the clarity issues. How can we expect the other scenes might be clear.

Kavya character was shaped as an innocent one. But Jaanvi was shaped as a girl who can do anything to get her father's justice. Kavya followed everytime Jaanvi with the affection . But her affection turned into causing a disturbance to Jaanvi. She has not allowed Kavya to find her doings in any situation. She played the wise games with Kavya. Intentionally or intentionally Kavya disturbed and ruined Jaanvi's plan. Jaanvi never felt a desire for vengeance on Kavya. She used her name instantly to escape from the situation.

By the time Kavya came Jhanvi had left the room. She didn't see her coming from the room.

Janvi is no less than PK if not worst.

First of all it was Kavya who had saved Janvi's life. If not for Kavya atleast on humanity level Janvi could think.

What if that Manohar would have killed Janvi?

It is human nature. Because we are the audience only. We can't feel the victim's mental condition. If somebody interferes in our work we will get more irritation. Here , Jaanvi's only aim is to avenge PK. But Jaanvi suffered too much due to the unnecessary interference of Kavya. Automatically some irritability will form within anybody.
