Barkha to do a Sridevi - Article

The sets of Doli Sajaa Ke on SaharaOne transformed into a nightclub recently as the actors got ready to shoot a dance sequence.

But this wasn't just any other dance sequence. Lead actress Barkha Bisht, looking stunning in a short skirt and top, was all set to perform on Sridevi's famous dance number Na Jaane from Chaalbaaz! Says Barkha, "I'm playing a double role in the show and this song is the entry of my other character Tia. Tia is very much like Sridevi of Chaalbaaz.

She is a con-woman with a good heart. Her mother is unwell and that's why she resorts to conning people for money." Barkha adds that she had a blast shooting the dance sequence. "Aroonaji (Aroona Irani) was directing as well as choreographing the dance. I was nervous at first but when I saw her dancing so gracefully and with so much energy even at this age, all my nervousness went away!" she says with a smile.
