Damini asks Ishani why did she behave so favorably towards Diya and what was that drama? Ishani says that she is genuinely worried for Diya. Damini reveals to Ishani that she was the one who had made efforts so that Diya moves out of this house but Ishani is shocked at this and asks Damini not to repeat this again. Urmi listens to this conversation standing outside. She comes to Damini and says that now it is proved that Ishani is her daughter as she is companionate because of her upbringing.

Urmi and Shaurya are looking at the Diya's medical report. Anirudh comes in and offers to get the best criminal lawyer for Diya but Shaurya informs them that in a rape case a victim cannot engage a lawyer for hwrself as victims lawyer is engaged by state where as on the other hand the culprits could hire not one but many lawyers at the same time. This is the law of the land.

Shaurya comes to Diya's room and asks about her? He tells her not to take stress because of Karan and she should not feel bad because Karan broke her trust. Diya says that it was good that this happened with her cause she was wrong in expecting too much from Karan and in a way he was right in his approach too. Shaurya is shocked hearing all this.

Diya says that she should not expect Karan to marry her after what happened to her. Diya says that he is doing enough by supporting her by going against the society. Shaurya is shocked and asks her what society is she talking about. The one which supports a terrorist but cannot support a rape victim... He tells her that she is a reporter and she should not talk like this and she cannot let her go weak now. He would not let that happen.

Precap: Diya is worried that she has already lost her family in her endeavors of getting justice and if the culprits do not get punished that she has lost everything.

Yes you are right Namzz, it's the victim speaking. I hope like Shaurya that she comes out of that self pity and self disgust mode. Till then Shaurya is enough for Karan.

I wonder who Diya's lawyer would be? Hope it's someone who knows their $%^
