You'd think they would show less nonsense when tackling this issue but DB ka natak, bahut ho gaya. I can't take his nonsense anymore. Makes me sick that people like that exist in real life.

Sab ke sab stupid hi lagrahe hai. I think there will be more to it. Actor playing Defense lawyer is a known face it seems. Ek episode ke liye toh hire nahi karenge na! 😕

Sach mei. Plus he almost always plays a defense lawyer. So next week, we will all spend time in the court room. Judge kaisa hai??

Karan's home...

Shaurya is at the door...and Karan can't resist letting out the usual flow of insults...

Shaurya's face reflects the uneasiness of having to talk to Karan...

He doesn't accept the invitation (if it can be termed so) to get seated and says they need to be in court within half an hour for Diya's case.

Karan demands apology from Shaurya, holding his ears.

[Felt really bad for you Shaurya...it is really going to take every bit of self control to do this...Kunal's mannerisms were superb! The reluctance, the moments Karan's words hit him deep but still the way he swallowed it all down...wow...]

Court...

As people comment on Diya outside the court room, the entry of the new character occurs. He tells them off. He says he has studied the case and wishes them all the best with his hand on her head in blessing.

Karan's home...

Karan tries imitating Shaurya's "Nikal" [and fails of course 😆]

and demands apology in equally loud voice and with hands on ears.

Shaurya, being the noble man he is, places all of his ego and pride aside and asks sorry the way Karan demands.

[Why on earth is everyone insisting on him holding ears?! Maybe because they can't resist his charm?😆 ]

Karan's drama doesn't stop there : he asks for something else also...

[And Shaurya, wow...do such noble men exist nowadays? It is all about ego, power and image usually and "sorry" is a word that is rare to hear...And this man apologised and suffered Karan's presence just for Diya...The day she realises this, she's going to fall for him! And the respect is going to increase many folds...]

[And I wonder what Karan might've asked...interviews in Awaz for a year? :-/ ]

Court...

Yes, the new entry, Advocate Nigam, is the defense lawyer...

Urmi and Diya are shocked...

The proceedings start...

And Diya asks to be called by her real name instead of the fake name Roshni...

She says she is not afraid of being defamed as the name Diya Tiwari is something she has earned...By this case, it won't be defamed...It is the accused who have to fear defamation...

[Wow, Diya! It takes an incredible amount of courage to do so...And not many would possess it...]

Adv. Ashwini asks Diya to relate the incident...She does so...

The accused are called forward and Diya identifies them again boldly.

[Neha was superb..the transition of her eyes from pain to anger to bold, resolved look was awesome!]

Adv. Nigam asks for proof against these three specific accused.

"Rape could've been done by any three men, not necessarily these three. The accusers are seeking revenge on some other matter."

Adv, Ashwini insists that they have an eye witness, but Shaurya and Karan are still missing.

Precap showed Shaurya and Karan entering the court building the moment Adv. Nigam requests the court to let the accused go free as no eye witness or strong evidence have been presented before the court.

I'm going to skip DB's drama...I can't take it anymore. I mean if it was Shaurya dishing it out than Yes, but not the other way around.

Just finished the episode now and even though predictable it was kind of alright.

Shaurya-Karan: Sigh...well as they say Every dog has it's day, and today was Karan's day . He was beyond annoying by what he made Shaurya do but I somehow felt unnaturally hopeful because I honestly feel that the slap was just a trailer and picture abhi bhi baaki hai. Karan will have to pay for all that he is doing today and I just know Shaurya won't let him forget it. Shaurya really is someone with a mountain of self-control. But it really was something to watch him (or actually Kunal) with his eyes briefly flashing with anger only for him to quell it for the sake of Diya.

Court: So was the defense lawyer actually sincere with Diya and just doing his job in court, or was all that talk of concern and sympathy just an act 🤔? Hard to guess at this point, but I'm hoping it's the former.

Diya was just fantastic in court, insisting she be called by her real name and how it's not the victim but the culprits who should be worried and ashamed about their names being known 👏. Clearly one of the highlights of the episode, and even the judge was impressed 👍🏼 Neha was as usual amazing in this scene.

It really is rankling that the whole verdict depends on the Douchebag's testimony 😵. Which means more of drama coming from him.

Precap: Cliffhanger moment with the judge about to make a decision while Shaurya and Karan reach court.
