The validity of Sattya Antara marriage!!!

Since few days I am watching many people confused about Sattya and Antara's marriage.😆 So I decided to make a post on this topic. I am not an expert on Hindu marriage but what I understood from the show, it's clear that the marriage was legally invalid completely. There should be no doubt about this. Why??Because-
1.There was no pandit or any elder person there to recite religious mantras which is an obligatory thing for a Hindu marriage.
2.No one from the bride's side was there for doing Kanyadaan. It's also a very important part because it means that girl's family is giving girl's entire responsibility to groom.
3.As Pandit was absent, there was no bachans(promises) that were supposed to be recited by both bride and groom. Only going round and round of fire is useless because the fire was supposed to be witness of their promises there and the promises themselves are non existent here.
4.No completion of 7 pheras. Raghu fainted during the starting of 7 phera which made Antara distracted. She was about to run to Raghu but Sattya stopped her. Then she again started to take the last phera but could not complete it because DM came then. This time Sattya got distracted and without completion of the 7th phera, he put sindoor in her mang.
5.No mangalsutra was there.
6.No witness.
7.No legal registration.

I gave 7 reasons why this marriage is invalid. Now let's come to the fact why CV s showed this incomplete wedding. Are they mocking this sacred ritual??NO. I think they intentionally created a loop hole about the validity of this marriage. So that later they can make a drama on this when Sattya and DM will fall flat on their faces.Sattya is a delusional guy. He always focuses on his target, not on the method of his achieving it. He is obsessed with Antara. By hook or by crook, he wants to get her. No matter how foolish and careless the way is!!! He thought that just by going round of fire 7 times will bind Antara with him for 7 lives.😆 On the other hand, Antara's mental condition is known to all of us. I won't go there. So, missing the major parts of a Hindu marriage was logical for Sattya according to his U-Know-How character and for Antara according to the circumstances. The CV showed the wedding in this way only to make it fake later. It's good for us. None of us want this manhoos marriage. When Antara will calm down a bit she herself will realize that she is still unmarried.😆 Ok. Do comment and let me know if there is still any doubt about it.

Exactly Jyo! There's no point debating the validity of marriage. More than any ritual, a marriage is complete only when the bride & groom accept each other as their companion for life, and Antara certainly doesn't have any respect or such consideration for the delusional fool that is Satya. Antara's heart, body and soul still belong to Raghu. And legally, there is absolutely nothing to advocate the validity of this supposed marriage.
About the shart, or condition, the 'no touching' part is certainly part of it, but I do think there's something more in that condition, which we don't know as of yet. We'll have to wait and watch for that.

Jyo, considering the way they were married I think the CV's want Antara & Satya to find at a later stage that they are not married. And like Harshu said even I feel there is more to the conditions between them, but they better come out with it before everyone gets pissed off with this track.
