Feeding crap to the audience so viewers eventually stop watching the show and they know by ruining Rantara's characters audience are definitely going to be mad and trp will suck, thus giving them reasons to shut down the serial. They all know audience can digest a lot of stupidity but if the characters of leads are BUTCHERED then audience will eventually let go and stop watching the show. And people have left and quit. Maybe that is what they want to pull the plug on ddej. Just my opinion.

I think they are sticking to their story board from day 1. I mean their first promo indicated a great loss and promised angst. So can we really complain now.

The character are not butchered but just reacting to the reality of all the circumstances around them! They are as helpless as we are!

@ CharmingG, Well said!šŸ‘

@ Kaurhs, much as we like to change current track, the fact is the story was written well over a year ago, and adaptation started as soon as it was sold for TV. All the storyboards are made in advance according to the story, it's plot and characterisation of each character. So this story and it's track have been made long before you and I even became aware of a show called DDEJ.

I honestly don't think the show is ending, at least not yet. It is just telling the story it always meant to. People got so caught up in Rantara that they forgot there is more to come yet. Like CG said, the promos tell the whole story. If you have time, go and look them up every single promo tells a story...love. loss, separation and then together again but with enemies after them. Each shot is a mini story, full of visual story that one can see.

I completely understand and agree with all the points you are making. Not complaining, just assuming on my part that MAYBE...For me, the most uninteresting part of the show is that how sloppy they have got with their visuals and picturization. Such poor lighting/aesthetics etc...After all it is an Art. Earlier it was not like that. Plus the rumors of the show shutting down...hmm.well,there is no smoke without a fire. BUT, I COULD BE WRONG AND I HOPE THAT I AM WRONG WITH MY ASSUMPTION. BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THE SHOW TO BE SHUT DOWN. This is the only Indian Show that I watch. When you say "I honestly don't think the show is ending, at least not yet"- Emphasizing on "NOT YET" ------it just makes me wonder. ...if they shut it down and it is IF...then they might do it in december, january who knows...but it would still be soon...I want the show to go on at least until next November :( But, again I hope I am wrong. I am still watching. Wish I could contribute to trps...but I cannot as I am an international audience.

I agree with lighting and the colour and so on. I too am an international viewer and I often find the shot hazy, whereas before it was really clear. But I also know compared to SP, not many of the other indian channels have the same resources to have their shows on HD or shot with better cameras. For instance, the episode where Raghu sings before declaring his love was awful - out of focus, hazy and I could barely see anything because of the way it was shot!

I don't know why this is happening so really can't comment on it. We forget that though it is TV, it is nevertheless on budget and operate on finances that you and I might find shocking compared to a Western show.

If they do end, I would rather the whole story is told so that we go off satisfied. I can't stand it if it ends abruptly and unfinished. So that means I want Rantara back together again, once more whole but wiser and more mature.

I agree with the budgeting/financial issues and you are right about that Raghu scene...In fact since then things have got little off in many visual frames...also, too many loose ends, they were rushing with the story, then they slowed down a bit and now this week I felt they are at snail's pace.
All this just makes me wonder, that's allšŸ˜•šŸ˜•.
I know it shouldn't end abruptly but I also think even if they do finish the whole story, I still won't be satisfied šŸ˜’šŸ˜” with not patching up some of the cracks that are there now.
Lets see how it goes.
