DDEJ - DOTW # 1 Dayamai - Vamp, Catalyst or a side character!?

DM as I like to call Daya Maayi , I had hoped would have some redeeming character because she seems to be good to Ajji and Raghu respects and loves her but I dont know she does seem arrogant like a lot of people mentioned in the other thread but then she seems to be good to the people of the basti. She's probably had a difficult time in the past which has made her this hardened. I just hope over time, she and Antara develop a good relationship.

May be raghu datamai ka adopted son h...but i m very confuse...aaji raghu ko apana pota kahte h...agar dayamai n usko adopt kiya h ...to aaji raghu ki nani h na...now i m bak to dayamai...lady don...she is very strong character in d show...i m waiting for her entry...infact i m waiting for world war three...now i m waiting antara k us reaction k baad dayamai kya karte h ????

Cat...I personally think that she would oppose Antara because she would know how much hold Antara has on Raghu...

Purvi...I think Raghu calls Aaji, Aaji because everyone calls her AAji..may be it is like Dayamai ki Aai and sab ki Aaji

Oh she might call him his pota na...But we know that his mother is dead...and that Aaji is DM ki AAi...that means either she considers him as a Pota or DM married Raghu's father😕😆 I am toh totally confused😆

Even me also confuse...raghu full name is raghunath naik...i m not sure but may be dayamai raghu ki bua h aur raghu ki mom k death k baad unhone raghu ko adopt kiya ho.

ohh I was just talking about DM in the other post. I am going to sort of copy and paste what I wrote there:

I strongly believe DM has two faces and I may be wrong... who knows, but there is something about her that doesn't feel right. The two shades I see: One that she shows to the world - second what she really is within that not many know about... I think it has more to do with power. Even in the promo - this is what I see ... she is more power hungry and the arrogance is so apparent. To me all the helping the people is a facade. She is playing a political game.
Of course its too early to really judge her based on a promo and what we hear. I may be entirely wrong, but to answer your question: i would say she is the antagonist in this story and plays a huge role.

I think Dayamai will have some connect to Raghu having gone to Kashmir may b and definitely to Aman and the whole Antara's Dad being killed ...she will def form that bridge..plus I think she is being brought in to have that saas type battle with Antara which works for the trps 🤣
