dr shashank....

i am watchin sanjivani currentlly and dil mill gayya ..... and i noticed one thing that dr shashank is so adorable .... i mean he had great plot in sanjivani every day surgery but now it seems like sanjivani (dil mil gayya) dont have any patients / surgery .......

and also dr shashank look so much mature in dil mil gaya then sanjivani...

he lost weight like crazy..... even in earlier movies of him he used to be a bit chubb but not now....
