Excellent post! I loved reading it. And I agree with you on all counts. But I feel Sid needs some reassurance too. He doesn't get anything from Riddhima. If he even had a little bit of reassurance from her regarding her feelings for him, I am sure he would have stood by her side come what may.

Here Armaan and Riddhima have said their goodbyes...Armaan has let her go but Riddhima is holding back.....not because she is still in love Armaan. But because she needs some reassurance from Sid.
Rather than questions about Armaan,she needs to hear Sid say that he wants her in his life....that he wont leave her.

Because,Sid has taught her to live without Armaan but has not taught her to live without him.
Now this is, she needs Sid to be with her - she needs to feel him beside her, she needs Sid's reassurance again, its one of the things that makes her feel settled, all she needs is some words from Sid that he is there and always will be........All through their journey,be it the hunt for Armaan,or when she accused Sid of raping her,the days before their marriage,Sid has always whispered comforting words in her ear.
But ever since Armaan's return, those whispers have ceased.And that is what Riddhima needs the most right now.
The only difference is that now Sid needs some comforting words from her too....this is the time where they both have to link hands,support each other and walk ahead.

I know Ridz is scared to open her heart in the sense to tell him what she feels, or maybe even put it in words, but i do believe she has fallen for Sid..........totally.😍

Riddhima,as I say,is a confused soul who doesn't know where or with whom she wants to stay...

When Sid came into her life and she did accept him as her husband,then why did it affect her when Armaan returned because if you start to love someone for even one day,you move on and first love is history.......yeah I get you.It is that just confusion which made Sid send her the divorce papers.😕

Sid is right to feel the way he is because Riddhima hasn't shown any signs of her love and doesn't communicate with anyone....that is her biggest problem like I said.She goes on blaming her kismat and waqt but she doesn't tell anyone what exactly she is feeling inside.

now back to SR i agree with your points hun....riddhima has to chose between sid and no sid ...........armaan is not a part of it now,she has made her choice.............her indecision is becasue of lack of any assurance from her husband who has furthered himself away from the time armaan returned...............riddhima is vry scared to love and lose again and that is what is holding ehr back from accepting and opening the gates of her feelings...............as you aptly said sid taught ehr how to live without armaan but he has not taught ehr how to live without him..............a mere paper can remove siddanth from riddhima's life but how does she remove him from her heart and soul.........
