korean society is way more hard on celebrities esp idols than any others. comapring to that indian celebs are living in heaven. the pressure they get from the agencies, fans, anti-fans are way too much. they are constantly judged. each and every move of theirs are noticed by everyone.😕

on the other hand india we have celebrities who have successful career even after having multiple criminal charges. people here dont seem to care much about their personal life

Basically all those east Asian countries are very strict on celebs they can't even date in peace ...It was very much a cultural shock to me when I got into kpop and seeing how the netizen react to dating news and its so bad that their careers can be ruined by these online netz. South Korea has one of the highest suicide rates... people just have so much pressure and idols are expected to be perfect. I know about jonghyun since I follow kpop very closely
