For a show to sustain itself,all the channel looks at is the trps & so it doesn't make much business sense for star to slot dsjz in direct competition with big boss

And like you said,with big boss ending there might have been chances of the numbers going up much like how IPL affects the trps.But instead they shifted it to 11 pm

And even if I were okay with it,what I fail to come to grips with is why is there even the need to shut down when you can air it at 11 ,a timeslot when you don't have any original programming
