Prank and the aftermath

The so called prank was pretty weird. Rithwik genuinely looked upset and hurt. Why would someone playing a prank break things and push his wife? It looked like the CVs had planned a confrontation but changed their mind in the last moment. They obviously don't want to show lack of trust between the couple.
In 6 minutes, Palak met Geeta, Rishab took pictures, Noon driver gave them to Rithwik, Palak finished her dinner and went back home. So, it was rushed and chaotic.

The dummy confrontation scene was good. After the scene, I wished it was an actual confrontation. I would really like to see some footage of how Yogita and Karan rehearsed for this. The way they moved around in the frame was so organic and smooth. I don't know if I can explain it well, but i'll try.
Rithwik grabs her and Palak looks alarmed, then he pushes her away like he can't stand close to her. Palak raises her hands and approaches him cautiously trying to explain things to him. She drops her bag on the table and tries to pacify him. Rithwik is in no mood to listen, he pushes the lamp and the table, kicks the stool. And then searches for the damning pictures. What I liked was that the pictures were not right in front of him. If you've watched enough shows, you'll know what I mean. Pictures are always right within reach in such scenes😆...Ritwik lifts the table and picks up the pictures and shows them to her. And then the cautious Palak becomes aggressive. She wants to know why he was spying on her. Loved her transformation from conciliatory to hurt. I loved the intensity of the scene. Anyways, the makers know best, but I would love to watch an intense scene like this again.😊

Manjeet is a very interesting character. After the wedding, I was apprehensive about her turning negative but after this episode I am hopeful about her. Loved the way she shut Saachi up👏
Just the way a mother reacts when someone accuses their child.

Geeta is still confusing. I don't know where her character is headed. Vikrant is also shown as just a shadow to Big Daddy. This is actually a little slow for this show which has always been fast paced.

VP looks so lost and confused😆 I actually feel bad for him. I always get reminded of a headless chicken running in all directions when I see VP.

I'm missing all the other characters. Aman, Ananya, Rohit. I want the birthday episodes soon😃

Not going to lie, it was a bit dramatic for a prank! I like how Ricky was like I may have over done it lol... yea you think! I'm glad he still trust her, but he was probably hurt that she doesn't tell him stuff, especially ish like this. Still happy it was a prank!

I'm glad they speed at least some things up bc if this was any other show Thursday's episode would have dragged on for 5 episodes! This Geeta mystery is definitely going to be dragged a bit... I just hope there is a logical reason

But yai Ricky ka behaviour bantha hai yaar 😉 He must be subtlety wanting to teach her a lesson too
Palak should know that even if she was independent before marriage , now she has some responsibility ..She should have informed Ricky at least i am going to my Boss house for party few staff is coming for this special project .. That would have not been a lie .. & knowing Ricky & his professionalism from starting episodes.. he would have never insisted to go for the party as in office parties unless families r called nobody takes their spouses ..
But she told him a out right Lie " I am going to meet my clients for a meeting " Big NO NO in marriage .. Truth shall set u free , Lies brings misunderstanding & trust issues.

I hope it opens Palak's eyes even if it was a prank that she has to keep her husband in loop of her activities.. She was lucky- if Setu had not clarified the issue may have gone in different tangent ..

Ricky should have given some more dialogues other than " i did this prank , u tho went to do dangerous sting operation with out telling me " to drill it in Palak's head that he is her life partner & better half & has the right to protect her & know the truth 😉

The only thing this prank did was ...brought relief to the audience . The situation of MU was saved due to Setu Howev er from a Rithwik / Palak perspective , i think it was required to deliver a message to Palak to keep a husband aware about certain facts but that didn't happen ...she can do sting operation etc but there was 1 lie which should have been avoided about the place that she was going to...what if something would have happened ? She was not answering Rithwik's call too ...it does create a lot of anxiety for somebody waiting at home ...also in a good relationship the spouse should know where the other person is even if complete facts are not known ...I think they missed making Palak realise that she should be more transparent with her husband .

I understand the need to make Palak realize that she cannot lie and hide things from Rithwik. But I didn't like the approach. Keep the scene serious or keep it goofy..don't make it a mix..that makes it confusing..
So, I know that this scene served 2 purposes. 1. Palak and the audience understood that Ritwik trusts her implicitly 2. Palak learned a lesson.

Ek teer se 2 nishan types. Okay. But it could have been slightly less dramatic. Like I said, it was as if they suddenly changed their minds about the scene. Angry kisses tak shoot karke they suddenly decided to make it lighthearted.

Yeah she called up setu but she should have called Ricky to say she will be late
I think they were building this drama
I think the cvs were unsure they shot for this scene but could not justify it so they made it a prank
These scenes were shot on the weekend but they thought they need to introduce Geeta story in plot
So scenes will be required to clear the MU might as well clear it as a prank

I am Glad they did because it shows they are not rigid

And are tweaking the story guaging the audience reaction

I personally feel Geeta and if vikrant is VP ka Son will be a huge bombshell to the the story

For Noons to accept palak as a middle class bahu was one thing

But to accept Geeta who was not exactly disloyal to Vp
And vikrant who is rickys full Brother

Will be big game changer in the plot
Ricky will be divided from both sides

If they build it well PaRit will have to face it together and merge the families together

That is what ekta said it is a family drama not just a love story
