My main frustration comes from the fact that SO SOON the show became a loony bin! IB at least had initial tracks which weren't loaded with cartoony villains. Despite a RAAZ being hinted from the first episodes itself, the whole show didn't revolve around it. It gave a certain threat to the Oberois but not an immediate one. Later on toh..as you said MrDarcyFan they just dropped it all in favor for Nafratbaaaz which ????
DBO toh never even gave us a proper chance to see our characters beyond the scope of raaz that doesn't even have anything to do with the Oberois. It's all a stupid chase to reveal how big of a villain Svetlana is. Was it necessary though? Giving Svet such a ridiculously stupid history? Her position was already strong enough as a villain with her being Tej's mistress + Omkara's fiance. There's so much they could've done without bringing in duplicates, snakes, and roller blades. Things which would've explored our central characters' personalities more. Omkara's trip to the darkness..how much of lies could that man tolerate for the sake of "the greater good". I'm pretty sure Gauri could've found a way in OM without the need of Chulbul. ChulKara track, while fascinating in the beginning, really didn't do much to keep us all engaged. NONE of the ChulKara conversations went beyond the realm of Vishwas. Okay, it's a big point of contrast between Omkara and Gauri but aur bhi bohat kuch hai baat karne ko!
Today's episode was fairly good. At least they are going back to the things which were introduced before Svetlana went all Super Villain on us. But my complain of wanting to see Kunal do much MORE still remains the same..
