Arziyaan To CVs From A Kunal Fan.

Yaar, main na badi purani Kunal Jaisingh fan hoon. And if there's one thing us Kunal fans, be it from his The Buddy Project days or Ishqbaaaz ones, know is that this man has the effin' capability of nailing ANY scene you give him! ANY!!!! This man is literally a gem of an actor. He has the ability to be sassy, arrogant, sensitive, romantic, funny, heartbroken, charming, vulnerable, meek, dominant; basically you throw ANY emotion at him, he will NAIL it. It's not even an opinion at this point, it's an effin' proven FACT!

Sure, Ishqbaaaz sidelined the heck out of it. But just LOOK at him freakin' steal the show right from everyone's noses every time the show DID focus on him! But fine, let's not talk about IB. After all, we all know the reason DBO was born was BECAUSE this man is no supporting character material. The actor Kunal Jaisingh and his character Omkara Singh Oberoi, they BOTH are leading hero materials and them getting their own show was their RIGHT! Once again, not an opinion but a FACT!

So why, WHY are you, the CVs, NOT utilizing him?! In his own bloody show?! Why, for the love of all that's good in this Universe, WHY is the only direction cues My Man is getting equate to, "Sadu expression banao." HAVE YOU SEEN HIS GORGEOUS EXPRESSIVE FACE?! DO YOU THINK THAT'S A FACE MEANT TO JUST MAKE SADU EXPRESSIONS ALL THE TIME!?!? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?! Yaar, qissa BOHAT different hota if there was an actor here who didn't have the range to do justice to different kind of scenes. You know, the other one trick pony kind of actors? I can understand ke Gul Khan ke lead heroes have to be of a certain temperament. Them being "angry young man" is a given. Okay. I can understand tweaking Omkara's character to become this AYM from a Sensitive Soul for the sake of him being a lead in a whole new show. BUT WHY IS THE ONLY THING HE'S BEEN DOING JUST MAKING SADU EXPRESSIONS?!

Mereko KOIII faraq nahin padta if ArtistKara comes back or PoeticKara makes a dhamaka re-entry in the show. Bhale rakho isse duffod AYM! But at least give Kunal MORE to do! IT'S HIS OWN SHOW FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! Please give him scenes and tracks where he has MORE to do than just have a permanent scowl on his face as he goes around doing faltu ki detectivegiri! THERE'S SCOPE FOR SO MUCH MORE!! It feels like AGES since Omkara last showed any different emotion than saduness. I AIN'T EVEN ASKING FOR LOGIC! WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?! But please, PLEASE utilize this AHMAZING actor who is the LEAD of your own show!! A SHOW WHICH THE EFFIN' ROMANCE AS ITS GENRE!! Saara din issko sadu expressions dene ko kehte ho..GHANTA KOI FEEL AYEGI!!

DHUNDNE SE BHI EK SCENE NAHIN MILTA WHERE HE HAS ANY RESEMBLANCE OF A SOFT EXPRESSION! Okay, that's an exaggeration but BHAVNAO KO SAMJHO!! Omkara is a character waiting to be explored. Kunal is an actor who is WAITING to do so much more with his craft. KITNA WAIT KARWAO GE?! PLEASE GIVE THEM SOMETHING MORE TO DO!!

Kya zamana aagaya hai! APNE hi show ke APNE hi hero ke liye ACHE CONTENT ki bheek maangni padd rahi hai!! I'm just watching old episodes of TBP and CRYING over the perfection with which he played Ranveer Shergill. Then I see amazing vms like THIS one and cry some more CUZ LOOK AT THE FLAWLESSNESS OF MY MAN NAILING THIS COMPLICATED CHARACTER LIKE OMKARA!! Then I see what DBO has turned into and the tears turn into frustration cuz he ain't getting to do even an inch of what he has already done let alone tapping into the immense potential he has! IT JUST SUCKS TO SEE THIS AS A FAN, OKAY?!!!

Please, KHUDA KA WASTA HAI, don't do this to him and to US! Give him more to do and freakin' WATCH this show go on top like no one's business!! IT'S REALLY THAT SIMPLE!!!

He is being punished , how enthusiastic he was when dbo started and now look at him , he doesn't talk even like kunal, ,he and his fans are being fooled by giving such script where he doesn't understand anything, I just wish may he get a lot of succes and he will

I agree He deserves his due man .He is much better actor than tye current lot on tv .Pehle hi it took so lomg for him to be recognised aab toh give him his due man .Hope Sp atleast does something

THIS is what is eating me away since months! DBO is world class example for waste of human resources, I mean like seriously when you have a character like Omkara in the center of your show and an actor like Kunal, do you seriously need to be a rocket scientist to write a god damn, track worthy of him?

kunal jai singh the guy is one of the most strongest,versatile,talented,brilliant tv actor on indian tv... omkara the charecter belongs to him... and omkara the charecter itselft is one of the mostt unique,rare,different,intenseee charecter on indian tv...

but nahhh,,,CVS r interested in swetlana drama...god knows wat is their problem...kya dushmani hai omkara/kunal and omkarians/kunalians se..aisa kya hogaya?kya kasooor hamara aur kunal ka??

abh kya boluuu,,,, i thought DBO will be omkara centric,,we will get omkara centric episodes... his transformations,his take on love,his feelings for his mother,parentes,,his equation with gauri,,his everything...blah blah blah...

but nahhh,,, CVS loves rehynaa/swetlana...

i cant BLV,,, still we r complaining about omkara's screen space as main lead...

for lords sake use kunal shrenu,,both of their talent,utilize their talent,potential...cum on yaaarrr...

I can't speak on his behalf but I know that he is professional enough to not let anything get between his work. It's just that..we were all SO excited to finally see him get his due in the shape of DBO! There was just so much general hype and excitement around DBO and the first few weeks delivered on that front. Now there's legit NO positive feeling around DBO. It's just so hard to believe that a show has gotten down to the, "buss chal raha hai..." phase within two months of its premiere! It just SUCKS to see as a fan of a man who deserves SO much better!

You know how with our favorite characters we wait for tracks that would explore their layers as well as give the actors a chance to shine? Well, Kunal got his own bloody SHOW! A WHOLE SEPARATE SHOW!! But even NOW we are all waiting for him to get his moment to shine! AREY!!! Svetlana has 3 costume changes per episode because she's always doing something or the other. And hamara hero just stands in the side and makes these frowny expressions cuz that's ALL he gets to do in his OWN FREAKIN' SHOW?!

And seriously, don't get me started on Svetlana, her track could have been anything but what they've turned it into.

But Phew, for glorious heaven's sake, please, please make use of what you have CVs, I'm not sure how long I'd hang around giving you guys second, third, fourth and nth chances!

PS: I hope I wasn't bashing anyone, please don;t take it that way. It was just me venting out my frustration.

It's like having all the ingredients to make biryani for a dawat available right in front of your eyes and still opting to make khichdi. Matlab...WHO does that?! Cool, without bad guys the good guys can't shine. But our good guy, the hero, hasn't even been given a chance to even come near the center stage! Side pe khara hota hai saara din! Matlab..what's the point?! It's just plain annoying at this point! We wanted DBO for Omkara to have full freedom to be himself in all shades possible and for Kunal to truly shine nailing all those shades. But he's just been reduced to doing the same kind of thing again and again for the past DECADES it seems. To take one of the most layered characters and the actor playing him and diluting them to just having ONE expression 24x7 is just...urgh.
