DOB will run for how many months.....

Hi all was just thinking that how many months is this Spin off DBO going to be. Like is it for 2months or 3months ?
Kunal mentioned in an interview that initially both shows will run separately then they will merge into one again.
Please anybody has a clue please share. Normally how long does a Spin Off go on for.
I think after Omkara marriage where will Om stay with Gauri. Will Shivay let him stay away from OM for long.
Or will Om & Gauris story continue after they move to OM separately. That's quit possible.

there r so much baggage for omkara.so dont think it will merge in three months.but may b at times wen brothers r needed for each other i think ib n dbo will merge as maha episode.may b it will also depend upon how ppl welcome dis jodi n story how much d show will run.

Spin off usually don't run as a "part" of the original show. Sometimes they start after the other show ends and sometimes at the same time. Most of the time the two shows run parallel and they continue independently. (At least in the west).

Omkara and Gauri have to come to Oberoi mansion as Gauri is Aanikas sister. Besides how long will they show Om away from his brothers and his own house. How will Gauri & Aanika meet to unite. This cannot just happen in ine or two Maha Episodes.
I think the Spin off will continue even after Om enters OM.
Or I don't think DBO will run more then 3 months just like Dahleez. It will be a finite series and will end in a span of 3 or max 4 months.

ib is d story of shivika.dey have already changed d montage4.n also said it will remain as shivika story.so if dbo merge get ready to see rikara n rumya as Wallpaper s again.

I am not sure about it as till recently they gave Obbros montage

But yes the story is about Shivika so that would continue even after the merger

There has been an instance where the original closed and the spin-off continued..

Everyone predicted that Omkara will leave Oberoi Mansion but he actually didn't. He just went to do the deal. How can someone just leave his house that to an Oberoi and go and stay in a place like Bareilly for long.
Then also one more thought I have doesn't Omkara have his Art Studio to run. Isn't that his career. How can he just leave that. Besides all this then what's left to show in Ishqbaaz except for Shivika and Tiya nonsense.

Omkara and Svetlana mystery ( What happened actually between Om & Svetlana after Omkara followed Svetlana to the cottage ).

Tiya & Dushayant mystery?????
So many things in Ishqbaaz related to Omkara are pending. How can he now just move permanently to DBO. Then might as well they should have started a new show with a completely new story for Kunal later.
If both these shows will run differently without Obros and Dadi & Rudy and all being together it will get so boring.
Besides was just watching the earlier episodes of Ishqbaaz they quit well initially managed to show all the three leads parallel. It was so much fun. Actually after Ishana left it all started dragging.
I think now with Omkaras track coming in line they should merge both the series into one soon. Soon I mean three months or so.
