That was also going to be their life story, for there will be eager bhakts jiva gods and even more eager asurs needing mukti. What to do Parvati Prakriti is very merciful, she can even leave Shiv bath for he will wait for her for eternity but not bhakts jiva gods and asurs.

shiv tandav

karaala bhaala pattikaa dhagad dhagad dhagaj jvalad

dhanan jaya ahutii krta prachandda pan ca saayake

dharaa dhare indra-nandinii kucaagra citra patraka

prakalpanai ka shilpini trilochane patir-mama

my prostrations to lord shiva,the description of whose great tandava dance sends a thrill of blessedness through the devotees.

the terrible surface of his forehead is burning with the sound------dhagad, dhagad...terrible fire which performed the sacrifice of the mighty possessor of the five arrows,i.e, kama deva.

the footsteps of his great tandava dance is drawing various pictures on the bosom of the earth[signifying creation], the earth,which is a part of the daughter of the Mountain, i.e, Devi Parvati.

he is the one artist who creates[accompanied by shakti]. my mind is extremely delighted by this tandava of the third-eyed shiva.

naviina megha mannddalii niruddha durdhara sphurat

kuhuu nishiithinii tamah prabandha baddha kandharah

nilimpa nirjharii dharas tanotu krtii sindhurah

kalaa nidhaana bandhurah shriyam jagad-dhurandharah

there dances Shiva his great tandava. the throb of the great tandava has restrained the unrestrainable new clouds and has bound the darkness of the night of the new moon around his neck. O the bearer of the River Goddess Ganga, O the wearer of the elephant hide, please extend the sri[Lakshmi] associated with the great tandava,. O the container of the curved digit of the moon , O the bearer of the universe,please extend the sri.

Tarakasura Guru Shukracharya is take on asura myth, when asuras don't recognize their guru Shukracharya and try to kill him. Guru Shukracharya cursed asuras that they may win swarg but will never retain it. Guru Shukracharya leaves asuras and returns only when asuras ask his forgiveness.

Indra dev fight with Guru Brihaspati is take on Guru myth, Guru Brihaspati once got so angry with Indra dev behavior that he left swarg and gods. Only when Indra dev asked forgiveness did he returned. [ all scriptures ]

Ego Tapasya.

Two route of life. One is Indra Indrani, the other is Parvati Shiv. jiva gods asura say they don't like Indra and worship Parvati Shiv, jiva gods asura want to love like Shiv Parvati. Parvati Shiv is surrender innocence truth bliss. Tapasya burns ego want demands.

There is only love Parvati Shiv aum nada Brahmanand bindu.

jiva gods asura do tapasya to get not Parvati Shiv but boon to live the life of Indra. jiva gods asura burn their body to enjoy dance of ego wants demands. Ego is a demanding master, its wants demand never ends.

There are many loving adorable myths of simple vidya when Shiv saw and met Parvati while she was doing tapasya . Shiv final test for Parvati happen only when tap of Parvati tapasya started burning tripura, three loka, 14 bhavan all jiva gods asura suffered from Jvar. Finally the tap of Parvati tapasya flames reached Kailash and Shiv opened his innocent eyes and smiled in bliss, all his thoughts were of Parvati dance on his heart.
