Proud-India, I appreciate your appreciation for Pooja, but how is the storyline of what they are showing inspiring
divinity? It's inspiring
comedy - we're all having a good laugh or a hissy fit, depending on our moods, on things like Tardka being an environmentalist, Rama missing his targets and not wanting to shoot a bird, Lakshman wanting to disobey Rama since Vishwamitra has given another order, Dasharath refusing to send his sons to Gurukul, Ganesh rescuing Kaushalya from Ravan, and so on.
None of these are purely even from fringe Ramayans, such as Ananda Ramayan or so on. So how does it inspire faith? Those who watch it either watch it just for the actors (I will, once Piyush joins) or for comic relief. I can bet you that anyone watching it for religious reasons has stopped due to the story suddenly going into fantasyland
