Yeah, Mahadev needs a new face - someone other than Mohit. Someone who has a magical chemistry w/ Pooja 😆

Apparently, they are using Ananda Ramayan to source these stories. This was a work from I think the Gupta period, and includes such gems as all 4 brothers giving birth to twins at the same time, Rama asking Lakshman to not only leave Sita in the forest, but to kill her and bring back her ear as proof (Laksman cut off a deer's ear and brought it back to Rama, who believed it ) and some others. We discussed this once in the Gurmeet Ramayan, when they were showing bizarre things in the serial. I'll try and excavate that thread.

Why have Krishna w/ a role at all? Just have Mahadev narrate the whole thing to Arjun, order Krishna to do his sarathi job properly, give Arjun the pasupatastra (to kill Jayadrath) and then watch & do live commentary on the war.

Obviously, he wrote whatever he felt like. So did Tulsi. For me, the only authentic Ramayans were Valmiki, and another version written by Rishi Vaishistha (which I think is lost).

Any other version is about as authentic as CNAT 😆

They are heading towards that story Varaali narrated a while back-about Mahadev meeting infant Ram

that story is a folk story...not a widely known one...lovely story

but thier versions of stories are baised and twisted

They will use unheard stories like Ashok Sundaris

but at the same time completely ignore all those about Kartikeya...which are VERY GOOD in content

its weird and most importantly annoying...They are making thier own Purana here

they twist stories to make Mahadev look great-they make everyone else look like fools-they dont care

Rams Birth-Ramaayan for that matter is Rams Leela-Mahadev doesnt have a role at all,expect in maybe two to three stories

here they make it seem like it was no Vishnus Leela but Shivs Leela that he was born as Ram...

which is annoying

as far as i know-Raam was born to Dashrath and Kaushalya as past lifes good deed

also Dashratha did a grand Yagya to please the Gods(Yagyas are done for all Gods,not only one)-through that they got the Prasadam

Mahadev is great-he is Devon Ke Dev...

knowing that there is no need to make him the karta dharta of everything...

atleast not of Ramayan for heavens sake!

IN DKDM VERSION OF RAMAYAN, I THINK HANUMAN ( AS HE IS AVATAAR OF SHIVA) WILL BE THE CENTRAL CHARACTER AND REST OF RAMAYAN WILL REVOLVE AROUND HIM 🤢

I don't know about that. Because, even though Rama is born, no introduction of Hanuman!
