Agar 18 years ke identity card dene ke time saab apna DNA sample vi include kareh toh aise cases mein criminal pakadna asaan ho sakhta hain, sref aise cases nahi yeh aur vi bohot sade cases mein help ho sakhta hain.

Rayan, do you know the series 'Dexter'? The series is about a serial killer named Dexter morgan who kills other serial killer. He espacialy hates those who kills women and children. I think his solution should be folowed in this situation.

Rayan, dexter apne victims ko kaise maarta hai jante ho? First he forcefully injects them with a tranculizer. Then he takes them in a room where the walls are covered with plastic, And straps them up in a sergical table. When the victims are awake, he shows them the photos of their victims and tells them why they are theare and why they are going to die. with a scalpel he cuts their cheek and collects their blood sample. And then with a big knife he stabs their heart and kills them. After that he cuts the body into pieces and packs the body parts in black polythin bags and dumps them in ocean.
