Jaya I learnt Karate in my childhood. I have a yellow belt but did not pursue it beyond that. I don't know if that training will help now. Forgot everything what I had learnt now. 😕

Hmmm I think every woman needs to know some self defense to save herself from such crimes. Could have got a black belt but I lost interest I went to Karate only because my friends where there and I cried and wailed to go so my parents decided to send me then. 😛

Learning self defence is very important. It should be made compulsary for every girl to learn some form of Martial art.

wow guys nice topic yaar.
well i dont know anything nor i carry any thing with me.
and sometimes i have to return at 10.30 to 11.
before i didnt got that scared but due to recent incidences m damn scared but cant do anything i have to return at late night only as my coll is so far😭

Foru u should keep a pepper spray or a bottle of deo. Now a days pepper spray its available online . I think health kart Carries it.
Will post link when I find it.

oh guys u really made this topic suitable to title😉me too have no self defence euip wid me as i never neded them but situation changing i'll also need a pepper spray or chilli powder one day the place we living become sooo much safer that everyone should protect themselves from the good eyes😡
