Times have come to this when one needs to be well prepared and know some sort of self defense. The horrific incident last year was an eye opener and harsh realities that even in 21st century a woman cannot have an independent free life without encountering such threats.

If a man tries to get rough with u just aim at his soft spot with as much might u have and ofcourse carry some things with u like pepper spray which could be beneficial.
