topic title seems weird na😆but when Mahadev told that even God cant help the one who cant defend themself how practical it was in many situation we used to do that chanting the name of god but not ready to come forward n handle the situation alwayss expect god himself to come n solve the issue

Hema good topic da.
Just want to know how many of us in this forum know self defense??
How many learnt karate or judo??
Or how many know the basic points which can really really hurt a guy?
How many carry a pepper spray?? or carry red chilli powder?

I have not learnt self defense. But i do carry a pepper spray. Or i also have a small deo spray always in my bag. It can be a pretty good substitute for a pepper spray.

Yes God will never help those who do not help themselves or others when situation arises. Problem is we like to be silent spectators but how many go forward to help someone in need.

seriously yar..thank to devima i had not have to use still coz i don't goout alone late night much but still nowadays i carry..

We should carry some small instrument.
The element of surprise can help when the opponent is very strong.
At that moment focusing can be difficutlt since we will be panicking.
A need to go to a professional self defense class is necessary i think.
What say girls I think we all should make that our new year resolution
