Prabrahman divided into male and female parts - the male part is Purusha and the female part is Prakriti. Five headed Lord Shiva, four-handed Lord Vishnu and also Lord Brahma came from Purusha. A part of the original Lord Shiva appeared from the forehead of this Lord Brahma. Also, a part of original Lord Vishnu came from the left side of Garbhodakshayi Vishnu. These latest Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva are the ones that we normally refer to.
