Me too want to see Madurai Meenakshi's story, that was the 1st thought I had when I read about this fisherwoman story😊

Well, if they can add masala to Mahadev's story, why not our dear Viewbie's? 😈😆 Just throw in anything you like - even from CNAT - and ultimately, we can ultimately do a serial about it. You can either direct it, or play yourself - your call 😆

hahahaha Vrish still not over DBSK is it. I was more interested in looking at Mohit I guess. but yes, the rishi wives were married and they did not even see him when they gavce him water so how come flute allures them. But jag kalyan ke liye sab kuch is fine I guess.
And Vrish yes, didnt kali and her other terror avatrs drink his blood. Not too sure on this one. Quite a few versions. Can you please explain.

Roark, I was going by the ACK 'Tales of Durga'. In it, when Raktabheej fights Mahakali, Chandi and others, his blood dropping on the ground creates hordes of new demons. I don't have the comic w/ me on hand, but from what I recall, the devis while killing them made sure that their blood fell on a plate but not on the ground. That's what ensured the death of Raktabheej.

In the comic, there was no mention of Mahakali drinking their blood, but I do think that since these are aimed @ kids, they decided to sanitize it and drop that detail. So yeah, I don't doubt that she drank their blood.

This is Durga Saptashati's version, known to many. Kalima's toungue is red due to blood.
She collects Asura's blood in her khappar (the pot) & drinks. Most of Kalima idols have khappar in the lower hand, with a mund held in the hand above. So the blood from the mund falls in her khappar.

Thats true about Krishna - thats the prem bhakti he demonstrated.
And on Kali its from saptashiti only I thought that she drank the blood. Anyways will check again.

@ Vrish - I have the tales of Durga right now in front of me and they merely state Kali assured that no more rakhtabheeja will arise and kept her word including when Dyrga took off his head.
And I also have the Tales of Shiva of ACK with me. My little one loves all these stories and he is named after Shiva only. So have a huge collection of it at home.
from what I remeber in Saptashiti they said Kali drank his blood. But not sure. I guess I need to connect to my parents as they do this saptashiti readings regularly.

Even I thought of adding masala to the story but realised there is nothing compared to our Mahadev's story. I guess no one in the world can match that, so why not see the best in the world. So I'll stick to whatever is given as Devon ke Dev Mahadev.😆
