These 2 white pigeons are connected with the real stotry of Amarnath cave. When Parvati wanted to know the story of Amaratva, Shivji found this cave suitable, he made sure that no one will hear this story except Parvati. But these 2 pigeons managed to hide from him. While hearing the story Parvati went to sleep, in her place these 2 pigeons replied humming. Shivji realised someone else is listening too. He wanted to kill them but since they had heard the story of being immortal, they couldn't die. So they are still living in Amarnath cave even today. Some visiters have seen them inside the cave.

Thanks for info, i was kind of surprised by the abrupt appearance, and thought they would play some part in the episode, so the doubt.

by the it would have been very nice if they had introduced the pigeons as per your story

And here I thought they would create some elaborate backstory for the pigeons spanning at least one week's worth of episodes. 😆

I really don't understand Parvati's tapasya these days.

Indra (the actor) did a good job but I feel they are making him worse than what he actually is.

Loved the Mahadev - Indra confrontation. Next time Shiva wants to punish anyone, he should lock up Brahma, Shukracharya and Brihaspati and then proceed. I still don't know what punishment Indra got after being zapped by the Trishul.

I was hoping Jayantha and Devasena would come into the picture but Devasena could come in later as she was younger than Skanda.
