Aryan: I'm so sorry sweety, it won't happen again... I'll stay with you until we reach home safely...
Manyata broke the hug and looked him in the eye: promise?
Aryan: of course, promise...now can I have a nice hug?
Manyata smiled : yes (she hugged him)
Unknown to them, there was a third person present at that precisious moment who was observing each and every action...

Aryan and Manyata were standing in an angle where they couldn't see Uday but he could see them...
Yes, it was none other than Udayveer Singh...he was standing outside the roomfor the past ten minutes, he saw Aryan and Manyata hug and he was burning in jeolousy and anger...He couldn't bare to see any other guy hug her and this scene was killing him...
Aryan broke the hug: ok my sweety, I'm going to my room and I promise to be back in a couple of minutes...
Manyata: yes boss
Aryan chuckled and Manyata smiled but Aryan's happiness became scarce when he made his way to the open door and saw Uday...
Aryan in a mocking and rude way: Mr Udayveer Singh, how can I help you? I think you've come to the wrong room...do you need any help finding your room?
Manyata stood speechless when she heard his name...her eyes moved to the door to meet his intense gaze...
Uday smirked after breaking eye contact with Manyata: Mr Aryan Rathord...I have come to the right room because I am here to meet Manyata
Aryan was really irritated by his attitude
Aryan replied in a scornful way: oh is it? I honestly thought that you were going crazy that is why you're here!
Uday: who knows? Now if you don't mind, I need to talk to Manyata in private...we can sort out our differences later...
Aryan: she is everything to me, I can't afford to let you destroy her!
Uday: destroy? What crap are you talking? You don't even know me yet you're making accusations!
Aryan: Trust me when I say that I know you well e...
Manyata cut in between seeing that their argument was getting worse by the moment...the way they were shouting at each other looked like they were ready to kill each other any moment now...
Manyata: it's ok Aryan, I know him...in fact I am quite thankful, if he hadn't gotten me the medication I needed yesterday- when I had the allergic reaction, I don't think I would be as good as I am today...I could have died or landed in hospital!
Aryan and Uday: you know you shouldn't say that!
They looked at each other and back at Manyata...
Manyata: the truth is the truth and it's always bitter! Anyway, you should go and do whatever you were supposed to do while I talk to Uday (she looked at Aryan and then at Uday)
Aryan in concern: are you sure?
Manyata: yes...
Aryan left the room and Uday entered they both passed each other a murderous gaze as they walked passed each other...
Manyata: ok, so how are you?
Uday: I'm fine and how are you feeling?
Manyata: well, much better than yesterday...
Uday: that's good, um...there's something that I want to show you but not now...
Manyata cut in: ok, then when?
Uday: I'll come to fetch you tonight, just be ready!
Manyata raised her eyebrow in curiosity: ok, I'll check if Aryan is free then I'll let you know...
Uday: it's something that I want to show you in private...so please don't tell anyone
Manyata was a bit hesitant: ok...
Uday with a big smile: great, I'll see you then... (he made his way out of the room)

Manyata was sitting on her couch, lost in deep thoughts: what have I gotten myself into? What if he rapes me? No, I don't think he will do such a horrible thing...but what if he does, then what? No, he's a friend now so I can trust him...but I barely even know him... gosh, what do I do?
Aryan entered the room with a huge smile...
Aryan: banda hazir hai... (noticing that she was lost in her own world he walked towards her and snapped his fingers in front of her eyes making her come out of her worries...)
Aryan in a teasing way: how many times have I told you not to think so hard about me that you fail to notice my presence...
Manyata: sorry...
Aryan was shocked: sorry?
Manyata: the sorry was not for you, it was for myself!
Aryan: why?
Manyata realized what she said and regretted it but she knew she had to cover up quickly otherwise Aryan would want to know what's going on and she said that she wouldn't tell anyone...
Manyata: my business...
Aryan: just spill the beans!
Manyata: you wouldn't understand...
Aryan: why won't I understand?
Manyata's thoughts: if I don't understand it myself, then how are you going to understand it...
Manyata: it's girly business
Aryan: ok, I changed my mind
Manyata: told you! (she stuck her tongue out)

It was around twelve pm when Uday knocked on Manyata's door and she hesitantly opened it, he gave her his hand which she took and soon they made their way to the destination although Manyata wasn't completely sure if she made the right choice but on seeing the beautiful view in front of her she knew that she didn't make the wrong choice by listening to Uday...
He took her to the top deck and guided her to a table (seated for two) which was beautifully decorated...he then opened out a chair for her and when she was seated comfortably, he disappeared and then came back with a tray of food, then he dished out and sat opposite her...
Uday: I hope you like it...
And soon they took the first bite...
Manyata: mmm...this is divine!
Uday grew excited: I'm glad you like it, this is actually one of my favourite dishes...
Manyata took another bite and this time her eyes were closed...
Manyata: you have good taste...
Uday looked at her face and smiled: I know...
Manyata opened her eyes and there was excitement written all over it
Manyata: if this is so good, I wonder what's for dessert...
Uday chuckled: you'll find out soon (he winked making her grow curious)
After that, he took their dirty dishes and walked away even after Manyata had offered to help but he insisted that she stayed where she is...he disappeared for quite sometime which made Manyata a bit worried and when she stood up to go and check on him, he appeared with another tray but this time, it was dessert, when he removed the cover Manyata was surprised to see her favourite dessert...
Manyata: no ways, did you know that this is my favourite?
Uday: not exactly...
Manyata looked at him for an answer
Uday: first of all, it's my favourite and second, I asked Aryan...
Manyata was like a child who couldn't help but dig in...Uday smiled, he loved this about her...she was indeed different but he loved it...
There was a bit of ice-cream smeared at the bottom of her lip and he tried to tell her but she didn't seem to understand his hand signals so he went to her and wiped it off with his hand...
Manyata felt uncomfortable and instantly stood up from her seat and went near the pool where she noticed the beautiful reflection of the moon in the water and smiled...
Uday bent on his knees right behind her and took out something from his pocket and held it out...she watched him do this thanks to the water refection...she turned around and was welcomed by a sweet smile and nervous eyes...
Uday: I know this is weird considering the fact that we hardly know each other but I have to admit that I have fallen deeply and truly in love with you, you are the most beautiful lady that I have ever laid my eyes upon but believe me when I tell you that I have not fallen for your outer beauty but your inner beauty which I have seen a young child who admires natures glory, a child who gets excited over the tiniest of things, the child who doesn't care about what the world thinks of her...your heart is pure and I know it's made of gold and your eyes seek justice and truth...I know that I'm not perfect and I'm not good at everything but I am willing to learn as long as you are there by my side...
Manyata was shocked beyond wits and the words spoken made her a bit teary eyed
Manyata: I'm not perfect...
Uday: you are perfect to me in each and every way, you might not realize that your imperfections is unique, it's what makes you, you and trust me when I tell you, it's beautiful...I have never opened up my heart, I have never shared how I felt with anyone but when I'm with you, everything just seems to be perfect and I want to spend the rest of my life with you...you are not like other girls who seek the guys financial status or the guys looks and I love that because if you accept my love, I know that you are not after my money, I know that you will stick with me through think and thin and trust me, I'll stay by your side for the rest of our lives...will you marry me?
Manyata: but what about Shalini?
Uday: she's my ex-girlfriend and trust me if it wasn't for her lecturing today to accept my feelings for you, I probably wouldn't be here with you...
Manyata didn't know what to say but she appreciated his cute gesture and she knew that she had fallen for him too although she was too stubborn to accept the fact but seeing him in front of her, sitting on his knees...she couldn't help but nodded her head in approval, he was over the moon and the happiness was evident in his eyes...
She gave him his hand and he slid the ring up her finger and stood up to give her a hug...
Uday: you have made me the happiest man in the world, thank you so much for excepting the proposal, I love you...
Manyata: I love you too...
The hug tightened on it's own but on realizing something she broke the hug and looked at him in the eye...
Manyata: if I'm not mistaken, you said that Aryan told you about my favourite dessert?
Uday: yes...why?
Manyata: but you guys were fighting, what made you'll sit and talk about my likes and dislikes?
Uday smiled: hey, I can do anything for the girl I love so we reconciled...
Manyata: when?
Uday: when I left your room, I went to meet Aryan where I told him how much I love you although he didn't really want to believe me, I don't know what made him agree to help me set up everything...now can I please have my hug back?
Manyata nodded but ran away...Uday ran behind her when he realized that the other side of the deck was wet but he was too late, she fell into the pool and he had no other choice than to dive in, to save her...
Although she knew how to swim, he carried her in his arms and soon their eyes met and he had this longing for her...he looked at her lips and then back at her eyes as if seeking her permission and she allowed him to do as he please...their lips met and it seemed as if the entire world had stopped moving and time stood still for them...it was just then in a world of their own...
