Birdie - hahahaha, evryone wants to smack me whenever i bring up me weight or something :p i am not saying i dont like myself, its just that i am seeing my shadow after so long and i have defo gained some weight. My shoulders are a lil broad :p

Maybe u have thyroid I like did two years.Two years ago, I had become at least 65 kg.I went from this skinny gal to fat.I had thyroid , but than doctor gave me the medicine. I stopped gaining after that. So check the doctor.😳Otherwise, in the morning walk or jog.Start out small, it will make up.Also, look your ur body type, and exercise according to that.that helps a lot.So are mine.😆
