Personally I prefer USA style of writing where you leave things for the reader to imagine, but my English teacher recently threatened me😡 that I should also practice UK style, she mightn't have told me to write RTL though😳,
But here we go,
first I gave you a lot of answers in the earlier updates now it's time to find the questions to which those answers will fit into😉,
From this chapter half of the RTL story will fall in to place😉😉, and you'll realize why some incidents which I described in my earlier updates happened,

WINDS OF CHANGE
Till now it was a story of one simple girl, who had no extraordinary expectations from life and had a beauty and a charm gifted from her mother who left her mysteriously one day, a girl who loved and yenned for love from her family, who had everything yet knew nothing of it, a girl who fall in love with a prince,
Till now it was a story of a prince who craved the life of a commoner, who still deep in heart was a boy untouched by the politics running in his veins who had feelings locked away in some corner of his mind, and who had a friend who seemed to have forgotten him, a prince who fall in love with a girl who he wasn't destined to have,
Till now it was a story of a princess who dreamed of a prince she had assumed to be hers, a story of a queen who fought for what she thought was the greater good, a king who thought of nothing but kingdom and two sisters who wished happiness for their beloved siblings…
Till now it was a story about their right to love
But till now I didn't tell you how they're connected, or what game the destiny had played with them, or what storm will the past bring to their lives, and now it's time to reveal.
It all happened one day in the month of August, one day after the royal engagement of prince Udayveer and princess Minakshi, one day after that disastrous article about Uday and Manyata appeared in news papers, one day after Nani sahib locking Manyata inside her room for the same reason and more and one day after Uday's accident. And from that day onwards destiny of three kingdoms, destiny of three lives changed forever.
Some got blessed and some got cursed, some loved and some burned with hatred, some won and some lost forever,
And the definition of their right to love changed overnight.

Still Rajgadh held the highest chair in the Mahasaba and had a power over all the other kingdoms, yet the kingdom was still ruled by the wise old king in his last days on earth, Maharaj Pritvi raj. He was a giant personality in his times and a man with mistakes, yet he was the best ruler Rajgadh ever had in its existence.
Unfortunately the king had no heirs after him, no true royal to sit on the throne after he had gone as his only daughter got married to a commoner and has no right over the throne now, still the king had his choices, there were two candidates for his throne, one was his grandson, son of that pre-stated daughter Jagat Singh Ratodh, or his sister's grandson Udayveer Singh.
Pritvi Raj was in favor of the later, as he was a true royal by blood, mind and action. He had already made his decision that once he's gone Udayveer will sit in his throne and the king was happy since his return, but now there was a worry etched to his wrinkled face as he sat relaxing in his arm chair watching the sun biding his people the last farewells of the day.
The morning paper was held loosely by his right hand which was folded that one could only read the front page article's headline: YUVRAJ UDAYVEER'S NEW LOVE INTEREST
One might think that the king was reconsidering his decision after seeing the news that warmed up Mumbai this morning, but that one might be wrong. As the king had no troubles with the story which indeed had been cooked with an over dose of spice but something else in fact something else about the article made him restless.
As anyone at this point would get restless as for what this article was about let me tell you it had some brief news about a certain yuvraj called Vijayndra Singh getting engaged and the party held in his palace to celebrate the above occasion, but the rest however was about yuvraj Udayveer who was invited to the party and a certain girl with whom he seems to have danced with.
Something as it seemed was making the king wonder back in to his past, of some terrible deeds committed by his parents, maybe it was because of yuvraj Vijayndra Singh, he was wondering about devgar quite a lot and a certain lie he seems to have been told by the queen who ruled there.
That matter as the king thought cannot wait any longer, Mirnalini devi would better find an answer to the question he was going to ask her in person. And obviously the king knew that asking this question would re open some wounds and would eventually lead both kingdoms to their original coldness towards each other. The old enmity he detested, the enmity that caused him many hopes and dreams

His journey to meet Mirnalini devi had been smooth, with no incidents worth mentioning. The palace they had in Mumbai looked a mini version of the devgar palace he remembered. The lady of the question was waiting for him as she was informed about his arrival moments before he sat foot on her premises.
They were meeting after years and Mirnalini devi had some new wrinkles in her forehead, some more of her heir turned white from gray. This unintentionally resurfaced some memories of their last meeting as she smiled warmly at the man who held the authority to claim her throne if provoked.
"What brings you here Pritvi that too all of a sudden?" She asked politely,
But Pritvi Raj wasn't at the moment in a mood of polite, civil conversations.
"You lied to me!" He said banging his fist in her polished table. Mirnalini devi raised her eyebrows, and thanked god for something she did yesterday.
"You told me she's…" He gulped, "dead"
"She is dead" The other assured him.
"Then what is this?" The man demanded, throwing the newspaper which brought him all the way from Rajgadh to Mumbai. Mini's childish act had made her pay Mirnalini devi thought as she eyed the article and smiled at the angry man before her,
"You know the media Pritvi, how they make a sward out of a needle,"
"Sward out of a needle huh?" Pritvi Raj said provoked again, "Do you love your throne that much, that you dared lying, lying to maharaj Pritvi Raj?"
"I did what I was asked to do" Mirnalini devi said calmly, "And the one who asked me to do so also told me that a dishonest deserves no honesty"
Now this was getting too much,
"So you took that revenge from my blood?"
There was a pause and Mirnalini devi said,
"Yes"
"You've never loved your highness, you don't know what it takes to love, but pardon me I do"
Pritvi Raj turned to leave,
"This will be the beginning and remember that I've warned you once, no one can stop me from gaining what is mine"
The man left and Mirnalini devi collapsed to her chair with a sigh. At the moment when she thought the ties of the past are broken their echo came to haunt her, and she found herself wondering back to some dark lane in her city of memories.
Some decades earlier in devgar
The palace was filled with music, dancing, lights and many more forms of entertainment, it was their little princess's mehendi night and the whole devgar seemed to have turned up to share their joy.
The little princess Mirnalini was getting married to a decent prince, just like her older sister Rukmani had done one year ago. The hall was lit up with thousands candles side by side with lights and they had a scent that mixed up with the joy in its atmosphere. There sat the princess in her early twenties, two other ladies applying mehendi in her hands and some others dancing in the middle of the hall. The place was filled with laughter, singing and music but then suddenly…
Everything died,
The music stopped and so did the dance, the laughter. People stood frozen in the mid speech gazing at the door way. Mirnalini stood up to see what was it all about and regretted it the moment she did so.
Her sister Rukmani had arrived, but not the way she had expected her to come. Her hair open and wild, there were no ornaments adoring her body, her eyes red and her face pale. It took her a few moments to reach her sister,
"Didi?" Mirnalini called, she expected a hug but none came. For a moment they stood gazing at each other and then Rukmani fainted in her arms.
Someone was talking to her, Mirnalini devi looked up as though waking up from a long sleep,
"What?" She asked unfocusedly,
It was Jaynanidini talking to her,
"Can I take this food to di nani sahib?" She asked,
"I suppose so" Mirnalini devi replied, "And tell her he can visit Uday if she keeps her promise"
"Really?" Jay asked overjoyed.
"I don't like repeating myself" Mirnalini devi frowned.
Jay left the room, she had listened to the conversation carried out in loud voices in this room moments ago and finally after years she knew what she had to do to the envelope her father left in her possession before he died.

Aryan Ray Chodry was a young business man, people admired him for his talent and his taste, his taste in property, his taster in business partners and also his taste in friends, which was rich in all senses, as the friend who was talking to him now
One of his best buddies of all times, and a royal, yuvrani Minakshi
"Yeah Vijay bhai, thanks for the photos, no, no I'm not planning any mischief, trust me, ok bye" Mini disconnected the call and turned to Aryan,
"He's the one at fault now; Uday won't run after my blood"
"Cheers" Aryan said,
"If someone saw us they'll wonder what can we gain by embarrassing our own fiances, don't you think?"
"I was going to ask you the same question" Aryan laughed,
"Well simply everything" Mini said shaking her head, "This would put a full stop to that Cinderella story live telecast"
"You are too funny"
"No I'm not" Mini shook her head, "I want Uday to realize my value"
"And I want Manyata to realize mine"
"So we're friends in need aren't we?"
"Indeed" Aryan laughed.

Visiting Maharaj Giriraj was necessary before Pritviraj left Mumbai, he went there of cause and was welcomed warmly by his nephew and his sweet daughter.
"You can't leave without seeing him" Unnati protested as pritviraj said he should now be leaving, "Dada would be so upset then.."
"So he did come around?" Pritviraj who obviously was wondering how to ask this question jumped up, Unnati knew at once that she was about to give away her dada's secret,
"No" Unnati said sadly, "Yet you can see him hukum" She corrected herself quickly,
Pritviraj laughed silently at the quick witted girl and decided yes, he could see him after all.
They went upstairs to see him, they went to his room to be precise but something stopped them.
It was that girl, the girl from that engagement party. Seeing that she was already inside Pritviraj stopped Unnati from disturbing them by holding up his hand and watched silently what she would do, what she would say,
Her hands shook as she touched his forehead softly as though he's made out from sand, her eyes were red and her face pale, she reminded him of someone else altogether.
"Who are you" She asked in a shaking voice, "You can't be my Uday, because he won't he can't do this to himself just because…just because" She gulped, "Just because I lied"
Pritviraj heard Unnati sigh behind him but it didn't matter anymore more, pressing his ears he tried to listen to all her words.
"How could you?" She asked as she sobbed cupping his face, "What if something happened? What if…how will I live then? You selfish, stupid, pathetic"
What else he actually was Pritviraj never knew, as she started sobbing at the moment to hard that the rest of her words were lost in them,
"Please Uday, please don't do this to me, please, please"
There was no answering sound, no hand was soothing her. She held his lifeless hand and rested her forehead there, warm tears still falling from her eyes,
"Please just for once open your eyes, please, please"
She cried her heart out holding his hand and said something she had never told anyone,
"I don't like people laying lifeless Uday, do you know what they remind me of?" She wiped her tears and continued, "They remind me of my mother, and I don't want you to leave me like she did" She gulped again, "Don't leave me alone, I..I can't take it anymore"
Once again she stroked his hair and said,
"This is my entire fault, god keeps denying me things I love, and it's my fault that I love you"
She hugged him and cried even harder,
"I love you, yes I love you,"
His eyes were too heavy that he couldn't open them, but laying still and enjoying her misery was something Uday couldn't do, trying hard not to wince from pain he hugged her back,
"I know doll, I've always known"
Taking Unnati's hand pritviraj left the room putting the idea of meeting his heir out of his mind and as he left he didn't notice the statue that stood frozen on the last stairs,
It was yuvrani Minakshi, her face white as a sheet she watched Uday hugging her sister with tear filled eyes, so does that means the first half is over and Manyata one Mini zero?

Jay stood frozen on the door away, and leaned against the cold wall for support, she dialed a number and Unnati picked up,
"Is di over there?"
"What happened Jay? You sound.."
"Tell her to come home, quick"
"What is it?"
Manyata took the phone from Unnati,
"What happened sweetheart?"
"Di" Jay sobbed, "I'm sorry di"
"Why, what's the matter baby?"
"Di..mini.."
"What about her?"
"Please come home please!"
"Tell me what happened?"
"She…she…she's dying!"
Manyata dropped the phone.
The second round finished as fast as it started, scores are level, Manyata one, Mini one.
