Chapter 10
(M P.O.V)
I slowly opened my eyes, feeling my head hurt so much. I got up, shocked at where I was. This wasn't my room, I wasn't even in my apartment. Then all the events from last night hit me.
Aakash was now dead. He had saved me from saving Uday, but why? Hadn't he already done enough to help me? I didn't know what to do, I felt just like the way I had when my mother and brother had died.
I finally got up, wanting to explore the place that I was in. But first I went into the wash room, wanting to look OK before someone found me.
Opening the door slowly, I looked around. I seemed to recongnaise it, I looked alot like Uday's place. I walked out and into a random room, hesitating when I saw Uday exercising on a running machine.
"Manyata," he said smiling, gesturing for me to come in. I smiled back, but it was a fake one as I walked into the room.
"Urmm.. did I fall asleep last night by any chance?" I asked him. He nodded, coming off the running machine and wiping his sweat using a towel. "I'm sorry, guess I should be going," I told him, not wanting to disturb him any more.
"Manyata stay here for breakfast, anyways I have to tell you something important," he told me, speaking for the first time.
"OK, but I need to go back and change, I'll be here in half an hour," I replied back to him.
"OK," he said, walking into the bathroom. I walked out of his appartment and went into mine. I quickly changed my clothes into a sky blue top and some shorts before putting on some fresh new makeup. I decided to put my hair into a hair ponytail, leaving my fringe and bangs out.
I decided to stay home today, after I heard what this "important" thing was. I didn't feel like doing anything, specially since Aakash's death. Only three weeks ago, my mother had died, and now Aakash. Both deaths were similar, they were both killed by a bullet.
I walked out of my apartment, making sure to lock it. I decided to give Uday the spare key, since we were more or kind of a friend. Maybe we were more than friends, but I'm not sure. I don't know what feel for him, but it's very different from what I had felt for Aakash. This feeling is mysterious, and strange.
I hestitently went into Uday's apartment, not sure if I should have knocked first or just go in.
"Why you being shy Princess? Your my friend, make yourself at home here," Uday said when he saw me. He was also wearing a sky blue top and some jeans. He laughed seeing that we both had simular choices.
"What?" I asked him. I looked at him as he indicated my top.
"Since when did you like the colour blue? I thought you were a pink girl," I blushed. I knew I should have gone for a pink top instead.
"Yeah so what? I like the colour blue as well OK?" I protested against him. He nodded giving up, and led me into the kitchen. The kitchen was quite big. It had white tiles, with black surfaces. There was a small dining table at the left hand side of the kitchen with 4 chairs. Uday pulled out a chair for me, and indicating for me to sit down.
"I hope you like a french breakfest Princess," he told me. I nodded, going into deep thought. Why did he call me princess? To be honest I'm nothing like a princess, instead my life is full of misery and hardly any happiness.
"Mind if I ask you a question?" I asked Uday, as he brought a long baguette and some nutella to the table. He smiled and nodded.
"Sure, go on ahead," he told me.
"Why do you call me Princess?"

(UV P.O.V)
"Mind if I ask you a question?" she asked me, as I brought some baguette and nutella to the dining table. I decided that we could have a french breakfast whilst we talked over about the events of yesterday.
"Sure, go on ahead," I told her, wondering what she wanted to ask me.
"Why do you call me Princess?" she asked, looking at me. I decided to call her princess randomly yesterday. I don't know why, but I intended to try and make her happy, she seemed to have experienced some heartbreaking things.
I smiled, "Because to me your like a Princess?" I told her.
"I'm anything but a Princess. Would you call someone who's a princess who's lost her brother and not to mention also her mother. Plus she has a muderous father and got kidnapped?" she told me. This was really suprising to find out. Everyday seemed more surprising to me with Manyata, I got to learn more about her. I sat down, passing her half of a baguette.
"Your always a Princess to me. Not all princesses can be happy through all of their lives. Think about Cinderella, she was treated like a slave by her stepmother," I told her, wanting to make her feel better.
"You do know that story was made up right? I'm not that naive," She stated, spreading nutella to her baguette.
"Yes I do know," I smirked, "But that doesn't mean that Princesses aren't real,". I took my half of the baguette and starting spreading nutella in.
Manyata took a bite into her baguette before speaking back, "You know your so weird, believing in those disney princess stories," she told me and starting laughing. I laughed with her, and then took a bite out of my baguette.
We remained silent whilst we finnished eating out breakfast for 10 minutes. I knew I had to tell her about Aakash's truth sooner or later, but I didn't know how to bring up the topic.
"So what did you want to tell me?" Manyata asked me.
"OK," I said taking in a big breathe.

(M P.O.V)
"OK," he said, talking in a big breathe. I started to get nervous because I knew this would probably have to do with what happened last night. "What do you know about Aakash? Please tell me everything and please tell me the truth," He pleaded me.
I knew this was hard, but I knew I could trust him. "All I know is that Aakash used to live in my appartment, and he had saved me from the ghundas," I told him honestly.
"Is that all?" he asked me. I nodded.
"But why do you want to know this?" I asked him.
"I found out after yesterdays events, that Aakash is a ghunda, and he is also a wanted criminal," He told me, waiting for me to take it in. Aakash a ghunda? But why did he save me, why did he go dying for me then? I didn't understand.
"How do you know? How do I know that your lying to me?" I stammered, shouting the last bit. I stood up abouut to leave, when Uday pulled me back by holding my wrist. He pulled me closer to me.
"I am not lying, I know we can find some prove, and that's probably in your apartment," He told, after he let me go. I rubbed my wrist, not knowing what to do.
"OK then, show me this prove," I challenged him.

(UV P.O.V)
Manyata had took it in differently than I thought she would. Now I was following her into her apartment to show her some prove.
"Does Aakash have an office or something here?" I asked her. She nodded, opening a door. We both went in, looking around. I had noticed that there was a red stain in the cream carpet, it was a bit unusual.
"This is his office, I haven't gone through anything yet," she told me, walking towards the desk. There must be something here about him, hopefully something that would make Manyata believe that I was telling the truth.
I walked upto a box, and starting going through the paper. "If you find anything Princess, please tell me," I told her.
"OK," she said. She has been very quiet since last night. I hope this hasn't affected her too much from Aakash's death.
Aakash had tons and tons of paperwork. They all seemed to be either bills, or college work about business. I had gone through about 15 boxes now, not finding anything.
"Udayveer, I know you are lying," Manyata told me as she moaned. "This is boring, I want to do something else,".
"Please Princess, try harder," I pleaded her. I couldn't lose this, not when I just nearly had Manyata's trust. I moved to a cabinet, hoping to find something there.
"Uday.." Manyata shouted, almost dropping something. I turned around to see what it was. "I think I've found what your looking for," She looked shocked whilst she read the page. I went towards her to read it for myself.
"I knew he wasn't what he seemed. Do you believe me know?" I asked her.
