Jyoti, Excellent post as always. You have wrapped up everything in points beautifully, so I have nothing more to add. I want to say that: However, Uday tries to hide behind his hard mask, we already know that he is very soft and vulnerable where Manyata is concerned.

Oh, and I just loved how you pointed out that Uday asked DS's permission to meet Manyata even when he did not need it.

Today's epi proves why I want ManVeer. I agree with those who already posted this sentence.

Once again, Great post. Thank you.

One thing which has been constant in the episodes is that Uday has always made sure he brings Manyata close to her family and he himself has real respect for DS and everyone in her family unlike Akash who is trying to take Manyata away from her family

In nutshell, Manveer are real soulmates who are
made for each other and are bonded together by destiny...

thats an interesting point ..Akash's selfless love is slowly becoming selfish and today he is actually taking Manyata away from her family while Uday's selfish love is slowly becoming selfless where he can go to any extremes to protect Manyata's honour in front of media and support her irrespective of whatever mistakes she does 😳😳

Manyata was always Uday's childhood love ..earlier he was in denial with himself but finally he is beginning to realise as well as accept ...And childhood love is anyday stronger than random teenage love of few months 😳

😆Here actually both Akash and Uday hv their own definitions of love and both r somewhere right as well as wrong 😳..but the point here is whose love in the long run will b better for Manyata's happiness ...and this is where Uday scores the brownie point simply because he belongs to a royal family and even Manyata's future is in the same royal family only and not in a chawl ...😳...

i agree with u uday is best for m coz both r royals both r selfish somewhere n both fight with each other n they both can love n understand each other coz m cares for ppl no doubt but uday is selfish for others not for m here but d way how to do this n how to manage everything no doubt uday better knows than m.
hamaray kehnay sa kya hota h hum to kal uday ko hero bana dain y cvz sochen na baat main dum to tab ha lol😆😆
n as well as akash somewhere i have sympathies he really loves m cares no doubt but in future he cannot handle m afterall she is from royal family nakhra to ha bahe kub tak uthao gay😆

a perfect comparison between the two's love..
agreed with you on every point...
Uday's love is much more stronger than Akash's... no matter how much selfish he is...he genuinely cares about her reputation and honour..his face said it all...

Exactly it does not matter whether u r selfish or selfless in love ..what matters is whether your love is giving respect or humiliation to your lover ...if its giving respect ,then it will survive in love run and if its giving humiliation ,then it has no future ...
i know i was like kya baat hai...humare Rajkumaar tho bilkul poori tarah se chah gaye...Uday is concerned about his love's, his princess's dignity...this itself shows Udayveer values Manyata much more than anything dear to him...👍🏼👍🏼

Yeah Uday was like a real tiger on the phone telling them that he is going to sue them if they dare to write one word against Manyata ...now this is real love for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

yaa right, all he cared was about his so called love...this itself proves how selfish he is...even now after being arrested he is creating a havoc in the jail, without bothering how his created havoc would harm Manyata's dignity & self respect...& Akash thinks his love is true love..naahhh he is highly mistaken...give me a break...🥱🥱🥱
Akash not once has asked the police how is Manyata doing ..or not once he is shown concerned about Manyata's well being ..he was bothered about his own image in the jail

this small gesture done by Udayveer makes me feel so dam* good...& i can see true love & care shinning in our Prince's eyes only for his betrothed, beloved Princess Manyata...😳😳
Uday is actually fulfilling the real duties of a husband EmbarrassedEmbarrassed

exactly Uday does not need permission to meet his betrothed, his fiance, his Princess Manyata, but he still takes permission to meet her...this was such a good gesture on his part...a gesture by a true gentleman...& just with this he has earned more respect from me as a viewer..& Uday coming to see Manyata after all that is said & done between them, shows how much he cares & loves Manyata...
.. yes exactly...Akash came to the Mahal in disguise...he is not brave enough to face the world head on...in-turn coming to the Mahal he has put the girl whom he claims to love so much in deep trouble...yeh kaisa pyaar hua i just don't get it...Ouch
Akash's love is what we can call filmy love while Uday's love is much more real and sophisticated ...Akash's love is childish while Uday's love is matured when it comes to facing the real world ...😊
that is what i was saying earlier, though Uday's love is selfish as long as his love's dignity, respect remains intact, who cares if Uday style of love is selfish...all that matters that is love right...a love which every girl/woman dreams of having...being loved by a man who protects your honor...& Uday has done just that...just awesome...👍🏼
aise selfless love rakhkar koi karega bhi kya...when with such selfless love all you get is humiliation & you are always at the receiving end of others insults...😕😕

Any love whose end result is humiliation and any love which is at the cost of loosing a family's trust and losing one's own honour is meaningless

Uday claims he wants to see Manyata in pain but in the last scene we saw Uday was in much more pain than Manyata seeing Manyata in that condition on her bed 😭😭 yes...this last scene proved the immense amount of care, love Uday has for Manyata... the pain could be seen in his eyes & seeing the raw pain in Udayveer's eyes i was shivering to my bones...😭😭😔😭😭
Uday so wanted Manyata to get up from her bed and start giving him gaalis as usual ..but he enjoys Manyata's real self ..he is fine with Manyata's OTT behaviour as well ...bas all he wants is some love in return Cry

absolutely right..& this makes Akash even more selfish than Udayveer..at least Uday is selfish for his love & he does not pretend to be selfless...but on the other hand Akash always tries to prove that his love is true & his love is selfless, but this is just not the case...agar aisa hotha tho Akash kabhi bhi Manyata ko apne gharwaalon se durr nahii kartha..he will not pull her back to the Chwal life, when being a Princess, Manyata deserves much, much more...so this makes Akash more selfish & blinded to reality in a way...

Akash is only thinking about present but not the future ..he has no idea his stupid acts might result in Manyata's humiliation in media because she is no more a normal girl but a princess now

So now let us decide as a general viewer and not a fan ..Whose love is going to b proved stronger in the long run for Manyata and her betterment ...Uday's love or Akash's love ?? 😊 not as a 'ManVeer' fan but as a viewer of 'Dekha Ek Khwaab', i would say Uday's love would surpass all the hindrances & emerge victorious... Triumph would belong to Udayveer...& as a viewer i have given my reasoning supporting this, in what i have said above...😎
From every angle this episode proved why ManVeer is the future jodi ...its nothing to do with Uday is hot or not ..mayb if Abhishek was playing Uday's role ,I would hv been still rooting for ManVeer becuase for me at least the character and situations matter more than the actor or his looks Embarrassed

Hey Jyoti,
Awesome post as always!👏

I always read your episode analysis and they help me to clear my doubts, but this is the first time I am replying it 😊

I m really honoured hearing this 😳

You are absolutely right. In our culture, a girl's reputation defines our family and how they will be treated in the future. Even earlier, UV saved her from media and saved Raj parivaar's honour. He may be interested in her property but he wants to make sure she remains intact in front of media and our society. I mean even nothing happens b/w us, I am sure next prince will be happy to marry Manyata. (Just saying it but we all know M is only UV 😉).
Exactly in the long run all this love will go out of the window when Manyata will hv to face the society and this society will raise questions on her character because of her choice ...thats when the true test of love begins ...

While on the other hand, A just doesn't care about her reputation. Even when police came to take him, he was screaming our loud without thinking media is everywhere and this can danger M's future. He may love M but I don't think he can actually protect her. In contrast, he wants to malign her so she is force to marry him (totally my opinion)
He is like typical filmi Majnu in love ..but in life this sort of love only faces humiliation Ouch...he needs to see the reality here ...reality is Manyata is from royal family and so even a small mistake will raise question on her character ...

We all know in every other dramas, Lead male actually very careful that no one can dare to point out at female lead about her honor and especially female lead behavior and character, and in DEK, It is very clear UV is the only one who actually cares and while A is only creating problem for M. Can he even think that If M goes out and she will be force to hear toint rest of her life that a guy was found on her room hiding in cupboard. It is one of the situation where A girl will commit suicide.
Uday is definitely thinking about all this and so he gave it back to those media people on phone but Akash at present is blinded in his filmi love and is not able to see the reality Ouch

Last but not least, What UV did to A is very common. I mean If it was me and if a guy was found in my room hiding, my family would def kill him. This is just not right. It was one of the dumbest act from A's part. I never felt bad for A's situation and after this, I Can never imagine having him as M's life partner.
very true ..its not a small thing to find a random guy in a royal princess's bedroom at night Ouch and that too when the princess is suppose to b engaged to someone else in front of whole society Ouch...it definitely raises question on her character

UV may be interested in her property but he does care. I mean come on, he is a prince and i bet there are countless princess in line just to marry him. Well he can still get power and property as he always wanted, but he actually wants to be with her childhood fiance...
yup its clear that he always wanted to marry his childhood love 😳
.
As for Akash, A guy who can't even protect his own girl and malign her and her family's reputation is not where in any dictionary to deserve to marry her.
yesss ...if a guy is not able to protect a girl's honour but is further hell bent on ruining it ...then well ...such guy can never prove to b perfect husband in long run 😊

Yeah even I feel for Akash ..his love is real but its not practical ...he is not realising that Manyata is from a royal family and in the long run she is going to b the princess of devgarh ..so well ...😆Embarrassed

There is a saying that "the person who makes you laugh is not the one cares about you but rather the one who makes you cry"'it doesn't sound as right in English but you get the point and it simply means that anyone can make you laugh or smile by telling you lies or faking things but not everyone will tell you the harsh truth that will make you cry. It seems like the saying definitely applies here because while Akash does make her laugh and smile and it could be genuine'he is not there to point out the mistake M makes or the flaws she has. Udayveer on the other hand cares for her and is slowly starting to fall in love with her too but he never shys away from pointing out M's mistakes or flaws. Furthermore, I don't think we even have reached the strong point of Udayveer's love because while he have loved her as a friend when he was a child and might have cherished her memory all these year, I feel like he is just starting to get to know and love this new M.
