I think that's the brilliant thing about this show, the story can go in various directions. As for the pairing I personally like Udayveer and Manyata. Akash's character has to take a journey from rags to riches and he will be compelled to do this when Monia is not holding him back. I think Akash will get really hurt and then will try to prove to the royal family that he is worthy of a princess. I think the whole show is based on change, various characters will go though some sort of transformation. Some will transform into someone great and some not so great. If you think about it the title of the show "Dekha Ek Khwaab" applies to all the characters in the story.

LoL this story sound like the movie Dhadkan. But as long as ManVeer are together, I am ok with it.

But then, his character has no spark, no attitude or motivation to do a Suniel shettty. Yes, only if Manya was to hurt him or insult him, we could hope for a makeover, which as it is, is badly needed to save Akash's boring characterization. More so if the CVs are not planning to get him out of the picture for a long time. We need that spunk in Akash to be able to watch his scenes.

As you are talking about transformations, i couldnt help but wondering what would J's transformation be? A full blown vamp writhing in jealousy and loss of love? Or a transformation into a better human being full of compassion?

J's only Khwaab all her life has been to get the attention of the whole family. She has been seeking love from her parents and her dadi saab. She has never gotten this love and she has always been second in the family even though she was the only child for 16 years. When she was about to get everything she ever wanted it was taken away from her. I think she is soo angry with her family at the moment that she will turn full on negative. I feel like J never really got the chance to understand what Manyata is to the family and she has always felt threatened by Manyata, she feels she has no value in the family. I am not at all trying to defend her behaviour but I can understand why she is negative.

I can partly understand her disappointments too Sara. Infact the way her roka was called off was too insensitive, even for a girl like her!

But, i also believe that J is inherently wicked and selfish and an ego maniac. That is one big reason why she is always writhing in self pity, is highly jealous of not only manya but anyone who dares to have an upper hand on her (for eg: Unnati's mention of how J broke the girl's leg who happened to wear prettier shoes than her!) and has wayward ways of life in general.
