Ive lost hope with the CBI also now . 🤢 ,they are arresting innocent people without any evidence and torturing them . Are there no rights for a common man !! If the CBI just suspects someone can they keep them in jail for 37 days !! and also torture them . IS this what law is in India !

what is even more pathetic is disturbing the morale of an innocent girl who was killed .What kind of people are protecting the law of our country , they have come up with nonsense like affair between the school girl and that 40 year old man !! heights of corrupted minds , I have absolutely no faith on people whose thoughts are so impure and disgusting ! And whom have they arrested her parents , gosh this whole case shows the capability of our law protectors !

Struggling for a concrete lead in the Aarushi murder case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned Dr Nupur Talwar for a second lie-detector test. The test is likely to be conducted on Wednesday.

Nupur Talwar: One lie-detector test One psychological assessment test Rajesh Talwar: Two polygraph tests Krishna: Two polygraph tests, one advanced polygraph test, one narco-analysis and one psychological assessment test Raj Kumar: One polygraph test Vijay Mandal: One polygraph test

The test, which was scheduled for Tuesday, was postponed after Nupur did not turn up at the CBI headquarters on time. "The polygraph test would be conducted at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory. Nupur did not come on time as she had gone to visit her husband at Dasna jail," a senior official said. She later arrived at the CBI
headquarters with brother-in-law, Dinesh, but left within 10 minutes when she told she was late.

Nupur had earlier been subjected to a polygraph test at the CFSL on June 13. Her psychological assessment was conducted at AIIMS on June 7. CBI said her earlier polygraph test had been "inconclusive". "The 'curves' were 'unreadable' so we were told by experts to take a second polygraph test," the official said. The official added that the murders could be the handiwork of a "professional".

Nupur's daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj were murdered at their home on the night of May 15-16. Nupur's husband Dr Rajesh Talwar was arrested a week after the murder by the Noida Police.

The CBI hasn't given him a clean chit as yet. The agency has arrested Talwar's compounder, Krishna, in connection with the murders.

They have interrogated dozens of people since they took up the probe but success has eluded them so far. Senior officials said various angles are being probed to ascertain the motive behind the murders. These include differences between family members, the involvement of servants known to Hemraj in the crime and a contract killing angle.

The CBI continued its interrogation of Krishna and another accused in the case, following certain leads. The discrepancies in Krishna's statements to the CBI is giving rise to the suspicion that either he was the person who allegedly carried out the gruesome murders or was actively part of the criminal conspiracy hatched to carry out the killing.

Aarushi murder: Nupur Talwar's 2nd lie detector test

Zeenews Bureau

New Delhi, June 25: Dr Nupur Talwar, the mother of slain teenager Aarushi Talwar whose murder shook the capital, is reported to be undergoing a second lie detector test on Wednesday.

Nupur had yesterday failed to reach on time for the second lie detection test as the CBI continued its interrogation of Krishna without any breakthrough.

14-year-old Aarushi Talwar was found killed on May 15 this year in her Noida residence. Later, the body of Hemraj who was the servant in the Talwar residence was also recovered from there.

In this connection, CBI grilled Dr Rajesh Talwar and his alleged mistress Dr Anita Durrani. Later, Nupur Talwar was also subjected to intensive interrogation.

Dr Rajesh Talwar's compounder Krishna was arrested for the murder. The discrepancies in Krishna's statements to the CBI is giving rise to the suspicion that either he was the person who allegedly carried out the gruesome murders or was actively part of the criminal conspiracy.

Meanwhile, a khukri, seized from Krishna's house, has been sent for forensic examination to find out whether it was used in the double murders of Aarushi and Talwars' servant Hemraj.

Surprised and disgusted to read that these people used mistress words to Dr.Anita Durrani.. 🤢🤢..

Some interesting comments by readers to the TOI Editor following the story about;

Nupur Talwar takes lie-detection test

Bharat Haladi,Aurangabad, says: The way this case is going, it can spawn a whole new industry of guessing who is going to take the lie detector test next !

[25 Jun, 2008 2103hrs IST]

Deepu,US,says: I have never heard CBI solving any case, by efficiency. They can solve cases it the cases themselves get solved or they will frame a guy without much money and political support. they are a pack of incapable guys trying to make a living. I have followed another case that was directly given to CBI without any police or other forces involved and they almost solved the case with some poor guys (They were poor workers on contract of a company) almost convicted. how the case was solved was that one of the accused did a parallel investigation as he did not have any choice. but the CBI sleuths were there to pose for the TV. I think if this case needs to be solved then either the killer will have to come personally and tell it to CBI or Arushi or hemraj will have to tell them what happened. I bet they will not be able to solve this case.

[25 Jun, 2008 2038hrs IST]

Fr.Francis,Togo, says: I am sure CBI is on the wrong track. It is the domestic help Hemraj who got into trouble with his chit funds. People to whom he owed the money killed him and they killed Arushi to clean up the witness. Arushi's parents bought a Rs 14,000 worth camera for her to kill her on the next day. She was born with medical assistance and the only child. In noway it could be her parents. CBI should look into the nepalese angle. I thought CBI is more intelligent. They picked up 3 glasses, who were the other two with Hemraj? Get hold of all ilegal chitfunds in Noida, CBI will get leads.

Nupur Talwar Interview with HT

We do not suspect any servant, says Nupur

Peeyush Khandelwal, Hindustan Times

June 26, 2008

What has been the impact of the case on you?

We were struck by the most horrible tragedy a family can ever face. Even before we could comprehend the loss of our daughter, Noida police accused and arrested my husband. We were a happy normal middle-class family for whom the criminal investigations, media etc. was something very far away. Words cannot express the grief Rajesh and I are going through.

How was Aarushi's relationship with both of you?

We both showered all love and affection on Aarushi. She was a perfectly normal and happy teenager who loved her friends, her dance, loved life, family etc. Rajesh and I always tried to fulfil her desire. On the fateful night of the 15th, we were making plans for her 14th birthday. She wanted to have a party at 'Fluid', which is a pretty expensive place. But Rajesh told her it would not be a problem. She wanted a 5.1 mega-pixel digital-camera, Rajesh presented her with an 8.1 mega-pixel one.

How were Aarushi's interactions with the Duranis, Hemraj and Krishna?

The Duranis were like a second family for Aarushi and all of us. Her interactions with Hemraj were like a child in a home would have with an elderly domestic help. Since she was never left alone in the house, there was no interaction beyond that.

With Krishna, there was hardly any interaction at all. If at all she had any interactions, it was probably only when she landed up at clinic and he would be there. There was nothing beyond that.

There are allegations that servants are being implicated in the case.

Initially, because of the circumstances under which we found Aarushi, we thought it was Hemraj who had done this. We found ourselves bolted from outside. We couldn't leave the house and found Hemraj missing. When we called him up, after a few rings, his phone was disconnected and later switched-off. All this led us to believe that it was Hemraj, who could have done this.

Today, if the name of any servant is coming up, it is because of the CBI investigation. As far as we are concerned, we have not suspected anyone.

Rajesh Talwar (husband) has not been subjected to a narco-analysis, though he is still an accused

I think the CBI and their forensic experts can answer this question better. The CBI is interrogating us, the Duranis and everybody associated with us. Many scientific-tests haven't been carried out on Rajesh as well as me. If a narco-test or a brain mapping is required, we are willing to undergo the same.

How is your husband taking all this?

Rajesh is a broken man –– both physically and mentally. He keeps asking me "why am I living". Every time I go to meet him he says, "Nupur, why didn't the person who killed Aarushi kill both of us."

There are allegations that your family was in a hurry to perform Aarushi's last rites

We did as the elders in the family told us. It was all in the knowledge of the Noida police. Aarushi's postmortem was over by 1 pm on May 16. Her cremation was performed at around 5 pm in Noida.

Did the police object to it?

The police and the doctor who conducted the postmortem told us they had no objections whatsoever and that they had completed their formalities.

The day you went to Hardwar, Hemraj's body was discovered. What did you do then?

When Hemraj's body was discovered on Saturday, we had collected the ashes and started for Hardwar. We had just left when we got a call to return and identify a body found on the terrace. Rajesh identified the body.

Rajesh Talwar is still an accused and in jail. What you have to say about his involvement and possible outcome of the investigations?

We were sleeping in our room when the murders took place. Had we been awake the murderer would have killed us too, then we would have been with Aarushi today. We hope that justice will prevail and real culprits caught and punished. Rajesh is innocent. Till my last breath, I will continue to say that. He is not in involved in these murders. I have faith in his innocence and the investigations.

This interview begs many questions;

Is the C.B.I. continuing this investigation just so that it can continue to enjoy front page coverage in the Headlines?

Are they any more qualified than the inept idiots of Noida and the U.P. Police?

Why don't they do the narco and other test on the Talwars once and for all, and put an end to all the speculation?

Will they release all the so called "suspects" after these tests or continue to hold all sorts of people illegally?

Does the C.B.I. have no other cases on their plate?

Why is that Judge constantly giving into the C.B.I.'s pressure to keep these people locked up when there is NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE?"

Is that Judge guilty of aiding and abetting the C.B.I. in continuing with this concocted, bizarre investigation?

If this kept happening in any court in the U.S. I can assure you the defense attorneys would file 100's of motions to have such a Judge removed from the case for prejudice and bias. She obviously has lost touch with the law, is not being objective, and needs to recuse herself.

May be the deleted pictures were of the killer caught in the act of murdering Hemraj! Who knows what happened that night but one thing is becoming more and more clear each passing day - parents are innocent. Spare them the torture please....and let them grieve over the loss of their only child.

Btw, can one make a clean surgical cut with a khukhri 😕 Didn't they say it was the work of someone in the medical field as the throat was slashed with a surgical equipment and the cut was precise, professional and clean? Why are they narrowing down on Khukhri now?

Gauriji the Noida and U.P. police had said that the cut was so clean that it had to be inflicted by a surgical instrument used either by a doctor or a kaasai. Doctorwali baat samaz aati hain lekin kaasai? Kassai seh jyada hajaam iss tarah seh chaku istemaal kaarneh mein ekdumm maahir hain. Ubb C.B.I. khukri kehe rahi hain. Jaisay humnay pehelay bhi kaha tha, laagta hain aandho mein kaana rajah nikla hain

Wife swap twist in Aarushi case

Did she? Nupur Talwar

A wife-swapping racket exposed in the
Capital earlier this year has added yet another dimension to the twin murder of the Noida schoolgirl Aarushi Talwar and her domestic help Hemraj, which for long has been suspected as having links to a group sex racket.

According to Delhi policeofficials, the racket was uncovered in February this year when the Preet Vihar police registered the complaint of a woman that her husband and father-in-law were trying to force her into wife-swapping.

The phone call records scrutinised in the case led the cops to home in on Sector 25 of Noida, the Talwar neighbourhood.

The startling revelation was corroborated by a man living in the society also. "The Talwar family was involved in some sort of club. Most neighbours knew that something fishy is going on in their house but everyone preferred to keep a distance from the Talwars," a neighbour said.

However, the CBI was non-committal on the theory.

The official further said that there were almost 25 couples in the club and they used to meet frequently in and around Delhi.

He said whenever such meetings happened the Talwars kept Arushi locked inside her room. "That happened only when the members of the club met at Talwar's residence. But Hemraj knew everything and shared the details with Arushi," said the officer.

The kingpin

"The kingpin of the club is a industrialist of Noida and he selected only high-profile members in collusion with Talwar," said the officer.

The name of the industrialist has already appeared in the media and attempts to contact him failed as he has been staying in Singapore for last 15 days.

Another twist in the tale came in the case which also indicates the possibility of killers being hired to eliminate the threat of Arushi and Hemraj with the information that Hemraj had called up a Dubai number just a night before the murder. "That night the industrialist too was in Dubai though it is still not clear whether Hemraj called him or someone else," said the officer.

The industrialist returned to India a day or two after the murder took place but left for Singapore as soon as his name cropped up in the media.
