What is morality? We cannot ask where it came from or upon what it is founded before we have asked this question.

How do we identify something as a moral rule?

Is there a distinction between morality an ethics?

Is morality achievable? Is it possible to formulate a perfect moral code?

What is the difference between a set of moral rules and a moral code?

Is morality an invention, the inspiration of a deity, or is it natural to our organism?

Can a person be moral, or can they only follow moral rules; in other words, is morality an adjectival concept or is it an adverbial concept?

Is the Golden Rule a moral rule or a moral code? Is it moral at all?

Is the Categorical Imperative a moral rule or a moral code? Is it moral at all?

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly in discussion, does the word "morality" signify a concept with content (specific moral rules or a moral code) or does it signify any rules which govern behavior (or whatever morality is)? In other words, could two moralities oppose each other and still both be correctly called moralities?

add your wonderful comments on this..
