Do translation services cost too much?

Should public organisations provide full translation services? 😕😕

Bodies including local authorities and the NHS have spent at least 100m in the last year on translating services for UK residents who don't speak English, the BBC has learned.😳😊😳

On hearing of the BBC research, Ruth Kelly, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, has asked for a review of language services across government. 😛😆😊
