cosmetics surgery,why?

most celebrities (even ordinay people) ,are doing cosmetics surgery,be it secretely or not but what actually they want to get rid off?

Does they dont know their side effects? or is it the matter of money.....that they can do whatever they want....

Dont they feel like they are insulting the one who(GOD) made them beautiful as they are?

Is cosmetic surgery neccessary,if you dont like some parts of your body? Or you can just be as you are and let others accept you as you are.

Well, who cares? Being a celebrity u want to look d most gorgeous woman on the earth & i dun think surgeries reali matter for them!!!

Well, it really depends! Some ppl mite like d natural inner beauty but some dont!!! 😆
