Germany attack was well thought-out and directly related with ISIS. It's interesting to see how ISIS takes ownership of different attacks in different ways speaks a lot about their strategy. German guy had filmed a video, ISIS affiliated channel uploaded and was cheering up all the way through. Whereas for Nice, where there were substantial Muslim losses too , they kept quiet and some Pro-channels did the propaganda. It has a deep relationship with the whole image perception.

I like Merkel, but I do think there is no way Europe can turn down refugees or filter them out. There is no political way out.

I know very well Bad Blood is about Katy Perry. But there is nothing negative about it. It is basically talking about a feud between two friends. What is wrong with that? There is absolutely nothing wrong in two people having a fall out. The song doesn't insinuate anything controversial, but just says Taylor feels backstabbed by Katy Perry for some reason.

A lot of songs are written about life experiences. Nearly every artist has several songs about exes, love interests, role models, inspirations and feuds. Taylor also started her career as a country artist. Many country songs are ballad style storytale narratives. Taylor uses her life experiences to inspire her song writing. There is nothing wrong with it. Tons of artists do it prolifically. But somehow because Taylor Swift has consistently found success with it - it is problematic.

None of these artists use "names" in these songs. Fans and paparazzi guess who it maybe about, but there is no name tied to the allegations. When you use actual names, you have to be more careful.

If there was a one hour call recorded and Taylor knew about it - why would she deny giving permission?

Can it not be possible that she was unaware of the recording? Can it not be possible that she assumed she was giving permission to one part and was offended when she saw when it fit with the whole? Can it not be possible that Kanye got permission for one part and assumed it to be for the whole? I will give Kanye the benefit of the doubt that he genuinely assumed Taylor gave him full permission and did not intend to upset her. I will believe him that Taylor being offended by the song hit him out of left field. But I will also give Taylor the benefit of the doubt that she didn't expect the lyrics to turn out the way it did. When Kanye said he didn't want to rap hurting others, she probably bought it at face value that his lyrics wouldn't demean her.

That being said I do want someone to sue Kanye and Kim.

There are so many name droppings by artists all the time especially by rappers and they use proper names. Not just their relatives, friends but other singers/rappers especially. NWO , Tupac - the genre Kenye sings in is infamous for this.

So , yes there are way many artists who take names and never credit or reference.

Why singing, take roasting - how many take consent of people while cracking up the jokes. Some go personal with it too. You get references of artists in movies/serials.

So pardon me, if this whole consent argument seem wafer thin to me.

How do i know this was an hour long conversation? Because Taylor's lawyers mentioned it after Kimmy K went and gave a GQ about having proof against Taylor's lying.It wa her lawyers who mentioned the convo being of 1 hr. There are videos of Rick Ruben (a very well respected Music director) whose word is pretty authentic speaking to Taylor.

Nope, Taylor is not the only one who has found success writing about such songs but she is the currently the most profilc one because of the sns and her control over the narrative, a trait I actually respect.

Is it entirely possible for someone so obsessed with maintaining an image and media narrative that she chickened out when the reviews of the song came and turned it into using it for a bigger cause. Presumably she used it to further her image using it as a gender card and world laughed/trolled at Kanye .Her lawyers have mentioned how they did send notice to Kanye to destroy the tape. So there is that too.

Take the Calvin Harris case, she agreed or decided on using a pseudonym for a new song . It became a hit and she kept silent . Taylor having the bigger power sharing arrangement and stature probably wanted it that way. But she went behind Calvin's back and disclosed the truth about the song and identity without keeping him in the loop after their break up..how is that not sneaky and a little revenge gate?

These celebs are run by PRs and work for an image. Taylor's image is good two shoes and in all her conflicts she likes to play the victim card which works ..until now where she got outplayed by another PR strategy. Taylor works every narrative including her friends posting photos from holiday to a video guy with her all the time..very Beyonce there.

There are no good guys here. It's who wins the strategy way..and for now , Taylor lost the crown to Mr and Mrs West.

LOL nobody sues anybody here because it's a PR war , Courts are Passe.

It's actually weirdly fascinating the PR manipulations by these stars. Kim K and her family be worthless but they be super smart in controlling the narrative in public. The real battle at celeb level is through the PRs..so fun.
