The fat brown buffalo runs over the forest so no forest remains. The fat brown buffalo having run over the forest, leaves the scene, so no fat brown buffalo remains. Even if there were witnesses to the fat brown buffalo running over the forest, they will be eliminated so no witnesses remain.
Your metaphysical question once again proves that all unobserved events are identical to events that didn't occur at all.
But the event was observed by two people, and one fat brown buffalo. One of them, like you said, has conveniently died, the other is missing, and then there's the fat brown buffalo who was not only the witness, but the one that made the forest disappear.
So my question is, when will this cosmic immbalance be rectified, if it ever will, and why should the fat brown buffalo get fatter and fatter by the day.
