"When I was a boy of fourteen,my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around.
But when I got to be twenty one, I was astonished at how much he had learned in seven years."
Mark Twain
Maryam.!!!! Great topic... Don't worry maturity is like height, it stops growing after a certain point. 😉
I beleive maturity is just like any other characteristic you are born with. Maturity is part nature and part nurture, part DNA and part LENA- Life, Experiences and Age. Loss of innocence and risk averse behaviour contribute to maturity as we become adults. Education and how we react to life's ups and downs shows our maturity.
As for over mature teenagers, thank god you are blessed and can now work on being and having more fun which is a whole lot better then working at being mature, keep hanging around some fun loving people and guess what, no better place then IF.!!! 😉
