Any religion which divides rather than unites, is not worth following.

Every religion is divided with different concept bcos religion made by humans only....God never made any religion...God is the greatest calamity.... Yes, people should be godly... that means they should be truthful, thy should be sincere, they should be loving, they should be conscious. That makes them godly, but that does not make them God...I realise the fact that people become religious only when they are unhappy ... then their religion is pseudo....😃

@Believe:

Your realisation needs revision. And by adherence to a religion, people dont necessarily become God. Yes, religion have been used to divide ... but so have language, culture, race or education even. Even property left by a dying (loving) father is made the source of animosity.

However, same things can add as being the source of beauty and unity. When we see religion as a way of life, a code of ethics, a progressive revelation necessarily enriching the same philosophy of the existence of God and soul - in successive volumes of letters/messages from the Supreme Creator.

The way you describe religion is motivated by the already unfavored concept of NEGATIVE PEACE. But, the concept of POSITIVE PEACE teaches a much more reliable and motivating approach.

Anyways ... its such a topic which would need a thorogh debate in its own thread.
With all love, praise and salutations of Krishna ... let this topic remain in praise for worship of the source of life. The Creator.

It is irrelevant whether anyone believes in God or religion.
If they are good then they are God.
So we have many Gods, and I am looking for the Krishna God.
Vinu ji please let me know if you see him.
I do see him very clearly in my mind.

ya ,those who cant accpet the creation, how they accept the creator??

Dont b worried about the boats of religious sects? Is it not desirable that we should swim over ourselves to God... In fact, there is no boat of religion.... Boats are named only for the profession of the boatmen.... The only way is self...swimming....truth can be found out only by self effort....nobody else can give it. One has to swim in the sea of truth by himself. There is no other support.... Those who look out for support get drowned near the coast itself, and those who take up courage to swim for themselves cross it over even after a little drowning...
Anyways ... its such a topic which would need a thorogh debate in its own thread.

I also find Baha'i principles and explanations very attractive. There are more explanations about Radhe Shyam with the Baha'is. Make a study if you would like to consider an insight.

Yes Icy Bhai shoud be Bahai.
It is true that religion should unite but humans always love to do things their own way and make use of religion for political purposes and also change the religious texts.
Humans also love to form smaller groups and sub groups. so even if there is only one religion they will subdivide it. Nothing wrong so long as they are overall still united.

@Summer 3: Bahais dont have any sect. A preety united community ... do study it. They have that "Lotus Temple" in Delhi.

Anyways ... I dont like the picture you put of Krishna in the previous page (your last post there, on pg 13). He is potrayed in a very girlish way in it ... I dunno, just felt like saying it.
