Okay, so i grew up and still live in an area where hip-hop/break dancing/b-boying/krumping is very popular. At school we have a break dance/b-boying club. Plus, i often see people dancing downtown. Some of my closest friends are just AMAZING at break dancing/ b-boying <3

And based on yesterdays performances, i didnt see a lot of this stuff!
Amar's b-boying was the closest to the actual dance that i saw.

Dont get me wrong...everyone executed their dance wonderfully but what about the actual style?
I didnt see a lot of the krumping movement from Amrita. She had the attitude bang on...and what was with the smashing and hitting things at the end? Can we please just see some KRUMPING?

And Binny's performance...it was good. But i felt it wasn't like the "actual" dance.
She also had a lot of mistakes.

Saajan is the only person i've seen that does the actual b-boying/hip hop/ etc.

I missed Shakti's performance so i cant comment on hers...will be watching it on youtube later on
But i watched the part where she got her comments...i saw a little clip of her dancing when remo was commenting on her and she looked like she was doing good 👍🏼 But i need to see the whole thing to watch it.

Dharmesh's lyrical hip was good too. He executed it wonderfully. But when i compare it to the Lyrical hip-hop Ameeth-Jack and Amar have done...i couldnt connect to it.

Punit was alright...its hard to compare him to MJ. But i have seen better MJ imitations...
BUT, his was still good.

I have to agree with Remo, no one was bang-on with their performance. They all were missing a little something..

Im sorry if i may have offended anyone...im only talking about all this since i actually have some knowledge on these styles. I have seen like a bazillion performances on these styles...and i felt none of them were up to the mark. No one had 100/100.

Not like i was expecting them to do an amazing job the first time, but i think the choreography should have included the actual dance more. I didnt wanna say this but this goes to Geeta 😔
