Epilogue Part 4

Finally the new member had been back in the Sinha House after a week.Everybody was more than happy.As it was more than one happy occasion.Along with newest family member Simmi had got her reports clean and she was absolutely fine now.Abhay was over the moon as Simmi's illness was the thing she most worried about since day 1.Suhasini was ecstatic about spending time with her grand daughter and it seemed as if the little baby agreed with her grand mother.Either she had to be with Suhasini or with Adarsh.The baby had the strange habit that she would not sleep with seeing her father dearest.Swadheenta and all the other members of the family were really happy but the really challenge arose now-Name.Suhasini had already announced that the baby would be named by her parents as they held the first right.

Adarsh-Yaar itna to IAS officer banane se pehle bhi nahi socha tha.Jitna ek naam ke liye sochna padta hai.How did our parents name us Swadheenta ?

Swadheenta-Well mine was easy.I was born on 15th August so Appa and Amma decided to name me Swadheenta.But I think they might have pre-thought on that as well.Par hum kya kare ?

Adarsh-Mom told me she had to think 1 month before she named any of us.

Swadheenta-Ofcourse we cannot name our child anything Adarsh.She will carry that name lifetime with her.Socho agar hamare parents ne kuch ajeeb sa naam de diya hota hame to ?😆

Swadheenta suddenly goes into deep thinking.She had suddenly remembered a name.Mamu and Mami had wanted to keep the name for their child after Asad when Mami had found out that she was expecting but alas she had suffered a miscarriage.Mami knew that second time it would be girl for her so she had decided a name for the child only fate had other plans.

Adarsh-Anything on your mind Mrs Sinha ?


Swadheenta-Yes a name.Mamu wanted to give that name to her daughter but she had Aasd so that name never came into my mind.

Adarsh-Agar Mamu ne socha hoga toh kuch aacha hi hoga.What is it ?

Swadheenta-Aahana.

Adarsh-It's a beautiful name Swadheenta.Pehle kyu nahi socha tumne.Itne dino se sar bhaari ho raha hai hum sab ka.

Swadheenta-Ya right like mai name sochne ki dictionary hu na.😆.paithyam.

Adarsh-How is it possible ki tumhare Paithyam me mujhe abhi bhi 2 saal pehle vaala hi pyaar dikhta hai.😉

Swadheenta-Tuna beshram ho gaye ho.God know if Aahana turns out to be like you toh kya hoga.How will I handle two ?😆I think we should tell about the name to rest of the family members even they are taking so much stress.

Adarsh-By the way where is my daughter.I havent seen her since I returned from office.

Swadheenta-She is with Mom.She gives good company to Mom and Dad.

Adarsh-Well I am sure she will be a outstanding lawyer like you and mom.After all she stays with both of you maximum times.

Adarsh and Swadheenta informed the entire family about the choice of the name and everybody was excited with the fact that the tiniest member of the family had a name with which she can be called.Mamu smiled at Swadheenta widely and she knew why.

Abhay-Well I am sure ye name ka suggestion Bhabhi ka hi hoga.Right bhai ?

Adarsh-Yes it was her suggestion.Bhabhi ka chamcha hai toh sahi mai.

Abhay-Arre chamcha kya ???

Suhasini-There is a child in the house yet how is it possible that you are worse than a week old child.?😆Even Aahana knows fighting is bad.

Abhay-Dekha bhai ek waqt tha jab mom ko mei kitna pyaara tha.I was her favorite but now Aahana ne hum sab ki jagah le li.Aabhi ye haal ye toh pata nahi baad mei kya hoga.

Mamu-Abhay beta ye toh isa hi hota hai.Parents love their children but they love their grandchildren more.

Adarsh-(Whispering )Swadheenta iska matlab aab Aahana tumhari bhi favorite.I am nothing anymore,meri value gayi ?

Swadheenta-Are you jealous of your daughter ? And yes she gets my most of attention but tum dono important ho mere liye not just you alone ok Mr Sinha.

Swadheenta recounted her last two years of her life.When she had enterd the house she had lost her brother even today that loss existed but the hole in her had decreased somehow.She looked at Abhay and he smiled and nodded at her as if he knew what she was thinking about.Abhay had tried to fulfill the role of a brother and was still doing it.However after a few years there was a Asad and Swadheenta in the Sinha House itself.Abhay could see the same bond between his son Aman Sinha and his niece Aahana Sinha.Aahana was the older of them and protected Aman in front of anybody.Aahana was scared of anybody much like Adarsh and Swadheenta.She was their perfect replica.She was the apple of his father's eyes along with grand mother as well.As she could see her Adarsh and Swadheenta in it.Abhay was sure that even if any circumstances rise Aahana would surely protect Aman much like his bhabhi had done for his baandar.
