Swadheenta just came out after getting freshened up from bathroom and saw Adrash sitting worried there.She knew why he was worried but she did not want to increase his worry more.She also knew that from past 3-4 days Adarsh has been having sleepless nights.She did not want to give him another one.Yes she accepts that she was shocked and still is shocked with her encounter with Vanshika and Yash Bundela.Somehow seeing his face brings her agony back of losing Asad.She did not how to deal with it.When ever she was in any emotional mess it was Asad who always helped her get through.When she had realized that she was in love with Adarsh at that Dargah it was Asad who had encouraged her to confess her love to him.He had promised her that her love story would be complete but he was never there to see it.She missed him so much.She knew everybody was trying to cheer her up.From Adarsh to Abhay to Simmi and Mom the whole family was trying.But the hole just was not going.It did not even this much when she had got stabbed.But right now she had to set Adarsh's concern aside.

Swadheenta-Adarsh are you alright ? You look lost ?


Adarsh-I should be asking you this Swadheenta.Are you alright ?


Swadheenta-Mujhe kya hoga Adarsh I am absolutely fine (She was looking anywhere but at Adarsh.She knew that if she looked at him she will be caught.)


Adarsh-Tum mujhse nazare kyu chura rahi ho.Look at me and say it.


Swadheenta-I am fine Adarsh.Mujhe kuch nahi hua hai.These kind of things happen.(Still not seeing his face)


Adarsh-Damm it Swadheenta atleast say something.Why are you not telling me anything ? Everybody knows that seeing Yash today shocked you and somewhere you realized you are still hurt.Why dont you share it with me ? Why donot you atleast talk to me about these things ? I thought you had forgiven me.

Swadheenta-Adarsh you are taking this in different direction.I told you I have already forgiven you.It's just that I donot want to see you more worried than you already are.You have not been sleeping properly since past 3-4 days.Yes I know donot look at me like that.I know everybody is trying to make me happy again but it seems as if I am just disappointing everybody.I just do not understand where to begin.You know me I am not very emotional or sensitive person but Asad was different.This is different.I am getting more and more confused with each day passing.

Adarsh-Swadheenta you are not disappointing anybody.I am your husband and you can share anything with me.Yes I have been having sleepless nights because I cannot see you like this.It is difficult.I also know that losing champ has been extremely difficult for you.It's like losing your one arm.But I know also know that you are strong.I am there with you at every step.Had Asad seen you like this he would have been devastated.He loved his freedom too much to see her in this condition.Never think that by talking to me you are making me worried.It's Your no-talking policy which makes me worried.

Swadheenta-I am sorry I am getting everybody worried Adarsh.(Slowly tears coming out of eyes)I just never thought that things will end this way.I never thought that I would remember our wedding for Asad's death.I did not imagine our day going this way wrong.I really hated seeing Yash today.Seeing him made me feel...

Swadheenta could not complete her sentence.It were not just the tears coming out of her eyes it was her frustration of losing Asad.She had promised him she would protect him always and she could not do anything to save him.Yes she finally admitted that Yash was somebody she would like to see again right now atleast.Adarsh knew that this would happen.When he had talked to her this morning he knew that she was still not emotionally fit.She worries for her work,everybody else but doenot worry about herself which is pretty much what she must be doing right now.She felt disgusted seeing Yash.Her brother was gone but that Yash Bundela was roaming free as if he had won the bravery award.He had to talk to Mom about this.There had to be some alternative for his punishment.He knew that army cannot be subjected to court's rulings but there had to be something else.But All right now he could do was hold her tightly right now so she could cry...cry to her heart's content.Because that would be the only way she would loosen up her feelings.

Her eyes were so much hard to open.It seemed as if somebody had put huge rock on it.Uh how did she get on the bed.Last she remembered she was with Adarsh on the floor and ...

Adarsh-Good morning my sweetheart.Oh You dozed of yesterday right in my arms so I carried you to the bed.By the way how are you feeling ?


Swadheenta-I am feeling ok.But why are you feeling all chirpy ? What is cooking in that head of yours Mr Adarsh Sinha ?

Adarsh-Are you not forgetting something ? What date is it today ?

Swadheenta-It must be 15th August today why do you ask ?

Adarsh-Pehla insaan dekha jo aapna khud ka birthday bhul gaya hai.Happy Birthday Mrs.Sinha (He hugs her and gives her a kiss on the cheek)

Swadheenta-Thank You.I seriously forgot my birthday though.

Adarsh- Well you might forget it but all of us did not.Everybody is waiting for you downstairs.Come on get ready.


Swadheenta was almost surprised when Adarsh wished her.The husband of hers is as well full of surprises.She quickly got ready and was very much surprised seeing everybody together downstairs.Mamu-Mami her Amma and Appa and even Radhika was there along with the rest of the family.And to her utter surprise Jaya bhabhi was also present.She did not ask her anything but the smile of hers conveyed everything.

Adarsh on the other hand looked happy seeing Swadheenta happy,smiling and glowing.Yes he knew she would be sad that Asad was not here today but he would try and make sure she would just be happy today.He had talked to his mom as well in the early morning.Sleep it seemed as if had deprived both of them.He had talked to her about Yash and she had informed him that Col Deshmukh and all other seniors had decided to Court Marshall Yash Bundela as his punishment and after that if Gilanis wished they could lodge the case against him but Adarsh highly doubted it as Mamu was not that kind of person. Suhasini was pleasantly surprised when Adarsh had asked for some legal action against Yash.That's when Adarsh informed Suhasini about previous night of them seeing and meeting Yash Bundela.It boiled Suhasini to the core that people around him were paying for his mistakes.The Gilanis lost their son,Radhika lost somebody she loved and Swadheenta she lost her dear brother. All of them were suffering and the guy was roaming around and Vanshika had the guts to speak to her daughter-in-law after what happened.She decided to talk to 2 people.First Col.Deshmukh as he had asked for sometime to take decision on Yash and Second Leela Bundela to tell her to keep her children away from Swadheenta.She had to be firm this time.

Suhasini-Happy Birthday Swadheenta.I hope you get all the success and happiness in your life.


Swadheenta-Thank You so much Mom.


Abhay-Happy Birthday Bhabhi.

Mamu-Happy Birthday Beta.Teri saari tamanaah puri ho aur tu khub tarake kare.Aur mujhe pura yakeen hai tu sab ka naam roshan karegi.

Radhika-Happy Birthday Freedom.This is for you.Not from me but from Asad.He already had it ready.

Swadheenta-Thank You Radhika.

Swadheenta decided to see the gift later as right now she had to be with everybody.She even forgave her Amma and Appa.But for her Mamu and Mami will always remain her guide since they had been throughout her childhood.Lunch was very delightful affair as everybody looked so happy after a long time.

She was lost in her thoughts in her room when suddenly somebody held her waist by arm.

Swadheenta-Thank You for such a lovely day Adarsh after a long time.

Adarsh-Mrs.Sinha abhi din khatam nahi hua hai.

Swadheenta-Meaning ?

Adarsh-Meaning:Dinner-Tonight-Just you and me.No else kabab mei haddis near by us.

Swadheenta-(Smiling) You call your brothers Kabab mei haddi...

Adarsh-Well sometimes they are.Not the point.Be ready sharp at 8. Ok ? I will pick you up.

Ever since Adarsh had told her about dinner she was highly confused.Her confusion was the same confusion which all women had-What to wear.Swadheenta stopped a minute and thought about how she never spent this much time before on thinking about her clothes.Shraddha was right marriage changes people.But that was not the cause of worry right now.Her worry was what to wear.Urghh this was becoming tougher than fighting a case.That was actually easier for her.She was looking through her wardrobe when Jaya saw her shuffling around looking highly confused.

Jaya-Can I help you ??


Swadheenta-Yes please bhabhi please help me.I am so confused right now.I donot understand what to wear.


Jaya-I have never seen you this confused not even while you fight a case.

Swadheenta-Thats because maybe fighting a case is more easy for me than selecting a dress for dinner.

Jaya-Donot worry you will get a hang of it.So you are going on dinner with Adarsh ,how about a saree ? You look great in it.

Swadheenta-How do you know I look great in saree bhabhi.I never wore one except on wedding day.

Jaya-I saw you at Shraddha's wedding in the saree.So lets see do you have any preferences any particular color you would like to wear ?

Swadheenta-Nope no preferences.

Jaya (With a teasing glint)- And what about Adarsh ? Does he have any color preferences ?

Swadheenta (With slight blush)- Kya bhabhi aap bhi.

Suhasini-Adarsh likes light colors Jaya.So that would be his color preference (With slight of naughty teasing glint as well).

Swadheenta-Mom you as well.

Suhasini-Well bit of teasing is allowed even with daughter-in-laws is'nt it ?. This saree will look perfect on you.It's light in color and you will look stunning in it.

Jaya-Absolutely correct mom.Swadheenta get ready soon.And have a good evening.

Swadheenta-Thank You Bhabhi.

Suhasini-It feels really good to see you smiling Swadheenta.

Swadheenta-Mom everybody is responsible for making me smile.All worked hard for this.

Suhasini-This is your family Swadheenta.Whether anybody is happy or sad or in trouble it is the family's responsibility to bring the other out of the mess and stand with them.Thats what you did for Simmi and Abhay right ?I know things are still difficult for you.I know you will never forget what happened on your wedding day.The day which is supposed to be nothing but blissful for a girl ended on high tragedy for you.It will take a lot of time to forget this but I am also happy that you and Adarsh are getting a fresh start.A happy start which you were supposed to get all these months ago.Now go and get ready fast and enjoy your dinner.

Swadheenta-Ok

Swadheenta was almost ready for the dinner before almost 5 minutes.She never liked too much of makeup.Her saree was somewhere of light pink shade.She had wore one after ages it seemed.Yes she had wore one one on her wedding day but that was traditional.Also saree was not her natural choice.Thats the reason she preferred formals in courtroom as well.She always felt more comfortable in that.Truth to be told she felt relieved that saree was not a compulsory custom at her in-laws.She always got scared thinking what would happen if this kind of dress code would be compulsory.Even her mother-in-law wore salwaar suits some times.So more relief.

Adarsh was seeing her lost in the thoughts but he was lost in her completely.He had never seen more beautiful woman in his life.He had never seen her in a saree except at Sharaddha's wedding maybe but there he was too busy to get her convinced for coffee than noticing her saree.He was the luckiest man alive and he was so lost in her that he never noticed that she was very near him.

Swadheenta-Thoughts are intruding you too much these days it seems.Every time new thought.

Adarsh-Well when you have such beautiful wife you are tend to get lost.

Swadheenta-Are you flirting with me ?

Adarsh-I am flirting with my wife.Not against the law is it advocate ?

Swadheenta-Na it isnt.

Adarsh-Ok Swadheenta if you donot move from here than we will never make it for dinner because I will not be able to move my eyes from you.

Swadheenta-Ok fine lets go.BTW I did not tell you to flirt with me Mr Sinha.

Adarsh-Ok OK my mistake Mrs Sinha.I should have known when I am with you I lose track of time.

While Adarsh and Swadheenta were out for dinner Suhasini was in her study.She had a chat with Col.Deshmukh who confirmed that Yash would be court marshaled in 2 days time. Now it was the second conversation she had to be firm about.

Suhasini-Is it Mrs Bundela ?


Mrs Bundela-Yes it is Suhasini.How did you call here ?


Suhasini-I wanted a matter discussed.


On the other side Adarsh and Swadheenta were enjoying their dinner.Swadheenta was smiling which was a great gift for Adarsh.He would do anything for that wonderful smile of hers.He di not like his wife upset.Adarsh asked Swadheenta for a dance and something clicked in his memory about a dream,a dance on rose day.

Swadheenta-Why are you all smiles ??


Adarsh- You know Swadheenta before I met you I did not even know that dreams could come true but right now at this moment I can tell it to anyone that if you dream for something or someone you can fulfill it.

Swadheenta-I was your dream ?

Adarsh-Uh well sort of.It's complicated what I felt that day.You were there in my heart,Vanshika was right next to me but all I could see was you.

Swadheenta-Ok I have one question since the day you proposed to me the first time.

Adarsh-Shoot the question ?

Swadheenta-How exactly did you fall in love with me ?I mean I was rude to you,turned your coffee more than times I can remember,I did not give you any reason so you could remember me fondly than how exactly ?

Adarsh-When I first met you at Shraddha's sangeet your smile made me pull towards you,when I saw you Ahuja uncle's place your pride,your truthfulness,your honesty,your passion to fight for the truth made me sort of proud.It is very difficult today to find somebody with these kind of principles Swadheenta.I fell in love with your real smile amongst all the fake people.Your first intention is always to help the people.

Swadheenta-You know I have a idea.

Adarsh-What is it ?

Swadheenta-Why dont we celebrate our wedding anniversary on the day when I came back to the house instead on the original day ?

Adarsh-Sounds just about perfect.See when you are with me you get such good ideas.

Swadheenta-So I should take you to the courtroom everyday ?

Adarsh-Na for that you donot need me.You have Mom for that.Swadheenta you cant look this beautiful everyday or I just as well come to the court with you everyday.

Swadheenta-And what will we tell Mom.While we are at the point I am going back to work from tomorrow.

Adarsh-Yep mom told me about it.So it means I will see you less of you from tomorrow.Till noe I had a mom who usd to be engrossed in case files and now I have a wife that will be the same.

Swadheenta-You complaining Mr Sinha ??

Adarsh-Nope I can never complain Mrs Sinha.

On the other side.

Suhasini-Leela I think you should tell Vanshika to stay away from my daughter-in-law Swadheenta.Nothing she or Yash says is going to lessen her pain.

Leela-Suhasini when first you came to know about your son and Swadheenta you were so angry what changed ?

Suhasini-I came to know that I too can make mistakes Leela.Vanshika could have never made this family today what Swadheenta made it.

Leela-Or do you like her as your daughter-in-law because she is exactly like you ?I observed in court.

Suhasini-That is strictly none of your business Leela.Keep Vanshika out of Swadheenta's life.Her apologizing is not going to help her or yash.All of you lied to protect Yash.So you should be thankful to Swadheenta that she did not take this matter to the court further or you all would be in for perjury.
