Changing the approach

Ok guys first we need to understand we are on 12th day. So in a way something is closing. Or rather I would say an approach is closing. As a person who has been involved hugely in data analytics and risk management I could understand why everyone wanted to evidence of Aravind's presence. Whenever we go to management talking about risk based on data, what we need to prove is how this risk will affect the present release, impact on present release if the release has to be stopped. Else everyone's priority is schedule. And proving the impact on present release is the toughest thing, let me tell you. For that you have to understand client, understand client expectations and conclusively prove if this is not there client will escalate. And if you think sitting in a remote location analyzing client behavior is easy or if you think it is the project team's or management's job understand that we are paid to find the loop holes in the system or to find the part the system missed so that the org meets client expectation and does not incur financial losses.

And a lawyer's job is to defend the client and to defend a client a lawyer needs to understand what happened to her client. Here Asad is dead. So from the reports available she has to reconstruct what is not available or rather reconstruct the encounter in such a way to establish Aravind Gupta. And today she got the more vital clue. That the police has not seen the face of the criminal. Because when Radhika fired by making the wall as a shield she could only see the gun, not the face. So now Swa's approach is to run through the encounter and re create it in such a way so that she establishes Aravind Gupta in the scene. Brilliant screenplay and script I would say.

Now Adarsh Sinha. First let me talk about the symbolism of him tying her wound. Yes he will put the medicine on all her wounds. Physical and emotional. She will allow him to put. Putting medicine is going to be painful for her and painful for him too. Now don't take the literal meaning of what Adarsh says. But go into the deep meaning. Tomorrow many will throw stones at you. How will you protect yourself, how will I protect you. It means at every point freedom will be attacked. It is Principle's concern how he can protect freedom, from whom. Problem is Principle has to be liberated first from the clutches of a rotten system. Now see Suhas -Yash-Adarsh. Adarsh tells a clear dialogue when yash says she wants to liberate her loved ones, Adarsh clearly shouts Abhay is also dear to her. So somewhere he believes for Swa Abhay is also dearest. Then it is Adarsh going to blast site not Suha. Adarsh takes the photo of bullet holes. I didn't see the wall properly. Did anybody count the bullet holes. I would like to know the number. The bullet holes and its positioning matters else that photograph would not have needed.

Now Adarsh came with Yash and Radhika came with Swa. Look at what Asad have. His mother, his sister and his love at his side. Mother the knowledge who drives Swa, Swa the wealth that fights and Radhika the power. She is now just helping Swa, but she will have to come out to give testimony on her being there with Asad on that day.

Interstingly the beautiful symbolism was Radhika asking Adarsh to take Swa. So her testimony will ensure Adarsh and Swa will walk together and she will go leaving Yash alone for what he has done.

Last line of Adarsh. You have put the relationship in line for your terrorist brother, I will also put my love in line for my martyr brother. Idiot he forgot, Abhay had cut ties with him as a brother and choose Swa as sister. Ab kaun sa brother. Will a brother allow the breaking of relation of his sister. 2 women connected with Swa's brothers will finally protect her relation thus protecting his love also.

Radhika we saw today, Simmi will come or rather she has to come. Aman is with her.

SO much happened in this 20 minute episode...

Firstly, Suhasini is shrewdly looking at Yash's testimony. She knows Swadeentha is up to something and wonders why she is attacking Yash as though he is suspect. So she also tries to dig it out. And the way she sizes him up tells me she also suspects something is amiss. And hence she finally sees the need to go over the evidence again and Adarsh goes to inspect the crime scene again.

How is it that Swadeentha can immediately spot the weirdness of the crime scene?

From the site where Abhay lay dying, directly opposite were bullet holes that Abhay shot in a gunfight. She quickly surmised that someone hid behind that wall and was shooting at Abhay from there. But how then did Asad lie dead in another tangent?

Autopsy will reveal that Asad has so many broken bones from a fall from a great height !! People can say he shot Abhay and then in a chase from police he ran up and ended up falling i suppose.

but the Minister's statement in the precap shows the cops know they shot the wrong guy...

I'm so curious as to how they knew this... Allan Broad told him maybe..

Adarsh... oh Adarsh.. I wish he didn't say those awful things to her in private. Maybe the silent treatment would've been better😭.. If he didn't agree with her stance, he could but why threaten to cast her out?

She could be a grieving sister and niece who needs convincing. Didn't he feel she needed answers and closure too?

Swadeentha is too understanding. A lesser girl would've lashed back. but she gives him free passes from his duty as her husband again and again. Poor baby.

@Sana 7 is what I am looking at. If someone could confirm that will be great. If it is 7 I can try to give analysis. Because tomorrow is day 13. 7 plays the most crucial role on day 13.

Shruthi, writing such deep analysis is your forte. Connecting things to numbers, days etc is not something I will ever be able to do. You are just brilliant. As you know, Sur and I think that you are one of the CV's of this show. I hardly doubt I can pay you a better compliment 😆.

The initial scene from yesterday's episode to me was a clear indication of how concerned Adarsh was for Swadheenta. He had been totally shaken with the pelting of stones and his concern had to show. Since the time Swadheenta has taken this case, at different times Adarsh has shown his dislike. Initially he was angry with her and hence did not talk to her and ignored her. Then, he started mellowing down and would at-least listen to what she has to say, although he may not have responded back. Now, he is clearly concerned for her and is requesting her to give up. This shows that 2 basic underlying facts have not changed. No matter what, he still loves her. And despite everything she has been trying to do, he is still convinced that Asad is a terrorist.

Swadheenta reconstructing the scene was simply amazing. The way she was connecting the missing dots was simply outstanding. Here is a fresh lawyer, young and inexperienced who has suddenly been shouldered with this humongous responsibility. She is using her instincts as her guide, and facts as her tools to build a case. She is doing a fab job.

In the Yash-Radhika scene, I loved how Radhika stood up for Asad despite what he had to say. She clearly told him that she believed Asad, and that she knew that Swadheenta will prove his innocence. And her stopping Adarsh and asking him to take Swadheenta, it was simply beautiful. Even I thought to myself that her testimony will make a lot of difference in bringing Yash down. But the thing I liked most was how it was Adarsh who had to ask Swadheenta for her to be go with him 😆 . Radhika may have suggested, but Swadheenta refused until Adarsh asked her to go with him. So, Radhika may testify and bring the truth out, but Adarsh will have his share bit to do to convince his lady love 😉.

Lastly, Adarsh's words in the room later that night. I am not entirely certain about this, but didn't he say something like Asad is a terrorist. But it remains to be seen if he killed Abhay or not, or something like that? I think he has also started doubting Yash for some reason. Anyways, he is also under so much stress. I hope things get better for these two.

The precap - Jai is clearly in the picture as is Manohar. They are both privy to what is happening with Swadheenta in the house. Once they know the truth, if they don't support the girl, then they are not human. We will see tonight if we are dealing with humans or aliens. 🤔

well , see its always said.. the fight towards truth and its path is difficult but ultimately truth wins...

don't know what will happen today n tomorrow .. all i can say is jaidev wont be quite if he comes to know about truth... coz he loves his chotu.. now its the testing time for sinhas...

coz lot of people especially the sinha clan questioned swa on her relationship and duty towards sinhas N questioned on her relationship towards jilanis n asad but she kept everything at stake for uncovering the truth and she is doing the same for abhay,,

if sinhas have an ounce of shame left especially jaidev , mano n suha they wont sit back but will fight back to find the original culprit n punish them including yash..

otherwise their so called dialogues for their son - abhay , dialogues on relationships , lectures to swa n gilanis will have no effect..

coz sinhas reacted in such a way that they are the real ideal relationship goals to ramakrsishnans jilanis.. so its the testing period of sinhas..

lets see if theyActually do the justice for the death of abhay or the lectures , emotions and thoughts they expressed was a mere show off..Or will they try to save their ass off...

I have read that if u know a crime or mistake n if u r hiding that then its also one of the biggest crime coz u r supporting the culprit in one or the other way..

If asad n his dad is a terrorist according to sinhas then supporting the minister for a crime done by police officials by killing an innocent soul n by treating jilani as a terrorist is also one of the biggest crimes.. its punishable under law ..!!!

Yash n rads ..yash is a bloddy jerk n traitor .. the way he was dominating the rads.. i was feeling like to kick on his bum.. chodo i don't want to waste my energy on analysing him.. he is a lost case..😡

@priti 🤗🤗 I knew there was illusion in Adarsh's last dialogue. I was unable to pin point it. Thanks for clearing. Adarsh believes Asad is a terrorist, but somewhere he has started doubting whether Asad killed Abhay. That is his doubt. Coming to tomorrow if my hunch goes right, Manohar will support CM in hiding the case as an innocent life is lost. But Jai, Jai will turn the tables. He will nudge Adarsh and Adarsh will go for the kill. Jai direction to Adarsh, when they go to take Abhay. 13 suite for Adarsh from Manohar, both will come true.

@pom he fears her safety. He loves her. Yes she mighting be fighting what he doesn't like. But if something happens to her everyone else can say she deserved it blah blah, but can Adarsh easily forget everything. I wont blame him
