Recently I came across another video of that guy with the same girl where she's saying the same thing at the beginning of video (accusing him of making fun of girls). Though he has plenty of other videos with random people too.... So it could indeed be scripted.

Or maybe they decided to collab again after the success of the first video. Who knows 🤷🤣
