Okay, I quite liked the aspect of them showing that Abhijeet goes for a therapy regularly on Shreya's insistence because of his mental stress and his past stuff. His past is a sore spot for him so it looks perfect to see him going to a therapy for those issues.

Well, she did look suspicious... She is the closest to Meera and knows the habits of her patients. So, she might have known what cigar Rajan smokes and such.

Besides, I have started having a habit of suspecting each and every character in every episode...
