Didn't like the way the story is handled, no forensic... In the scene where they were discussing the injury and concluding that it's a spanner, I was missing Salunkhe very badly.

The Hindi is a little too shuddh compared to CID. Hayta and all....

Anyway, timepass...

Yes everyone is there except ACP in the same role as they were in CID barring name change. In first episode, they at least tried to show it as a separate show. But afterwords, they have stopped trying and presenting it in the same CID way & actors are acting same. It is feeling like the team under some circumstances had to transfer to UP Police with changed names 😆 Now I really don't know whether am liking this or not. Another hindi tv eg. of such thing I can think of is Dr. 'Bhanumati on Duty' which was on Sab which was made as the same copy of my another favourite show FIR and which I hated from the first episode itself. As there was no logic showing the same police procedure type thing in Hospital scenario. But in this case, it's at least the same thing. So I don't think fans will mind it. But one thing for sure, CIF show won't get individual recognition and popularity like CID. Audience will just view it as extension and remaining episodes of CID.

Honestly I'm highly disappointed. I watched the first 2 episodes and it felt like they took CID, catered it to an UP audience, made it cheesy and cringy, and presented it.

Kulasya, the thing was that at least Dr. Bhanumati never said it wasn't an extension of FIR. They even took the same cases as FIR. I watched the first 2 weeks of that show and every case was a repeat of FIR. Here it's being advertised as a completely different show, yet has the same cast and same feel as CID.

I'm not sure if I'm going to be watching this show. But if people like we can add this show to the drives as well.

Please create a new channel category for Dangal TV channel and then create a forum for CIF (Crime Investigation Force) serial. Thanks.

Yes I get what you mean I accidentally watched some parts of the first three episodes and the quality was shocking and THE DUO has some other names like ( if you haven't seen it then I will not reveal the names because you're right this show will ruin CID for the fans)

I'm going to stick to old CID episodes (1-394) and I'm not going to watch this show at all

@Bold, At least Kavita Kaushik in her promotion interviews mentioned that how her character will be different and other characters & things will be different in such a way that I really felt it will be different. Of course even she misjudged it and left the show midway mentioning on Twitter that she can't work in some copy of earlier successful thing.

As for CIF, I honestly never expected it to be much different than CID. Their entire promotion was catered to CID fans who want to see their favourite CID characters again. They never even tried to reach new audience. Even in their posts they were mentioning 'Jald hi aap miloge aapke chahite CID team se' sort of things. It was obvious that names will get changed due to copyright by the channel. I was just curious about do they present it any differently just because they are shown as a proper policemen than any other officers. But it's the same.
