So well put... but you see.. this is the difference I am talking about... Why... Why can;t the son-in-law do something other than sitting on chair and earning.. why doesn't the crown stay on wife .. when it stays for a husband... If lady is a mother and wife... he is a husband and father... only girl didn't get married.. or just girl all alone didn't become mother...!!!!
I met a Good For Nothing idiotic tobe father-in-law of some unfortunate girl... I felt like kicking his b***s not even respecting his white hair... He was telling my mom.. "girls have gone too far.. there are so many divorces these days.. and all because girls don;t adjust... they have become independent and have turned characterless"
Sorry to quote this whole story again...but I felt like saying something about this whole story.
Indra Noiyi's mom says that her son in law is tired...but what about Indra Nooyi herself. She had Just returned from office...even she's tired...she didn't refuse to go because she had the so called crown on her head. that mother is sitting at home whole day 'praying' 6 hours. Couldn't she go and buy milk? I am sure she would have definitely had a chauffeur driven car. Ok...she sent her tired daughter out to buy milk, but why insult her success by saying leave your crown in the garage? She could haves scolded her in another way...your kids need milk, so before coming home ask if we need anything on your way back home. Something like this.
Then...her daughter had some good news to share...maybe a promotion...her mother didn't even bother to hear what her daughter had to say. 😡 I hate such moms.
Its like...women are not humans. They are not allowed to be tired or fall sick. Their success is not measured by what they achieve at school or office, its measured by how happy their family is with their service. They are expected to be unpaid housekeepers. 😡 😡
