Nope! Just ignored it forgotten it like nothing happened...to be honest mini look I have made many silly, personal etc etc posts before and if someone objected to it or didn't like it I simpy apologised but when it was too personal I avoided repeating it that's all I mean who would remember every post of mine? And if they do and think bad about me let them. I cannot possibly change their view. 😃 Well that's my take on this!

When someone needs you you help them out and if you need them and they don't help you they may have personal reasons na. I wouldn't stress myself out for that. :)

I made a big blunder!! There was some little private joke I was sharing with someone here!!! I was wondering why the concerned person didn't reply. I checked my outbox and saw that it has gone to Nadii!!!! 😵

in this very large large and diverse world, itll be wrong to stereotype genders.
i dislike generalization.
i wouldn't like to repeat what i wrote 2-3 GD threads back.
personal.
neither my intention was to hurt the guys here.

i meant at times i felt i would be better off as a guy..not sure if the situation would have been better then, who knows,it could have been worse.

No hurt taken at all. 😊 It's quite the opposite, in fact. What you said really resonates with me.

I understand but feel really bad when I see any girl or woman regretting her gender. Why? Only because she was born in a world filled with mysogynistic monsters and crooks who have been oppressing women for centuries, don't even consider them human beings with feelings, have invented all sorts of lies and superstitions to make them feel guilty for a wrong they never did and use them like disposable tools at their whims? I have better reason to be ashamed of sharing gender with them, but I know not all are like that.

I wish to see a day when every girl/woman is proud of being who she is and stands as tall and powerful as men.

Thanks mini!

Awww It happens Visrom! Mistakes happen don't worry you can't edit that can you so accept it and just ignore it simply! 😃

Shall I tell you worse?

I accidentally PMed the birthday girl when I was PMing everyone for the birthday preparations and she knew about her thread the earliest haha! But we laughed it off! 😆 Then I sent her a massive message urgently telling her to to not read it...that was super funny! 😆

Ask Jerry amma she can tell you hehe 😛

That's not the issue...even girls who are smart, educated, employed in an MNC, independent are not allowed to enjoy their success and achievements.

This is a well known story of Indra Nooyi...it its supposed to be inspiring, but in a way it p****es me off.

INDRA NOOYI: No, I have said this story
many times. When I became the president,
at 10 o'clock in the night I went home and
said, 'Mom I have some very important
news'. To which she said 'leave that
important news, just go buy some milk'. To
which, I said, 'Raj is home, why don't you
ask him to buy the milk?' She said, 'he is
tired'. Typical mother you know, can't
disturb the son-in-law! I was very upset,
but I went and bought the milk and banged
it on the kitchen table in front of her and
said, 'Tell me, why do I have to buy the
milk and not somebody else.' She just
looked at me - and I will never forget it and
it was a powerful lesson she left in me and
said - 'look, when you pull into the garage,
leave the crown there. Don't walk in with it,
because you are first a wife and a mother.
And if the family needs milk, you go get the
milk. That is your primary role in life.
Everything else is what you acquired or
what you got because I pray for four to five
hours a day.' That is the only thing she tells
me. She says, 'what did you accomplish?
You sit in a meeting on a chair all the time,
and I pray for 4-5 hours.'
She also said that her stay-at-home mother
"encouraged us but held us back, told us
we could rule the country as long as we
kept the home fires burning," And that
every night at dinner her mother would
present a world problem to her and her
sister and have them compete to solve it as
if they were a President or Prime Minister.
Ms. Nooyi appreciates the support from
families, she says, because her career has
been tough on her own family. She
believes that for any woman, the people
one loves are the bedrock of success. "Build
around you a terrific ecosystem, preferably
with family," she advises. "But it's 'family'
defined every which way you want."

So well put... but you see.. this is the difference I am talking about... Why... Why can;t the son-in-law do something other than sitting on chair and earning.. why doesn't the crown stay on wife .. when it stays for a husband... If lady is a mother and wife... he is a husband and father... only girl didn't get married.. or just girl all alone didn't become mother...!!!!

I met a Good For Nothing idiotic tobe father-in-law of some unfortunate girl... I felt like kicking his b***s not even respecting his white hair... He was telling my mom.. "girls have gone too far.. there are so many divorces these days.. and all because girls don;t adjust... they have become independent and have turned characterless"
