i understand what you are saying, but actually just saying 'hi' is against the rules of the forum as it amounts to chit chatting, i know people mostly don't follow this..even in fan clubs chit chatting is going on which is not allowed..yes, if you don;t get an acknowledgement on a chat club thread, then your complaining is absolutely justified..people in a particular discussion thread will tend to overlook a post having just pleasantries like 'hi' and 'hello'...

everyone has had their share of differences and feeling hurt and ignored. as for help, i feel as much is possible for everyone to help each other while being only virtually connected, most of us here have done justice..of course discrepancies creep in in every human set up.

i m complaning bcz i faced ignorence many times here on GD thread.. i m only saying abt this GD thread..The CID forum is very much organised And i love itt...Vis organised it very well...👏

i shared this with u all bcz i though that we all are spending time here so can share our feelings with each other frankly.

neeme..even i post less on general discussion thread...actually, what happens is that people begin on a certain topic and others follow suit...so if another person joins midway, they are accidently ignored..am sure this has happened with many...i don't blame you for finding this hurting but i can't blame the persons who are in the midst of a discussion..this happens everywhere and all the time.

I am sorry to hear this...one thing is that when you ask something to all members as a whole and if I don't know, I don't write an 'I don't know' because I feel that if I don't know the answer, maybe someone else will. It makes no sense to see every member who doesn't know the answer to come here and post 'I don't know'. Maybe others are doing the same. It's no one's intention to ignore you on purpose.

The Gen Discussion thread shouldn't always be dominated by a few members. It should be open to all and it is a place for people to get to know each other.

Nanda, sticking to rules doesn't make the atmosphere 'cold'. As someone rightly remarked, people feel 'safe' if there is someone looking out for derogatory stuff. It's not the case in many other places. My presence here has always been treated with mixed feelings. I have learnt to live with it. It is not always possible to satisfy each and every soul on this planet.

If you all don't want me as a viewbie, you are most welcome to let me know. -Nadii- will find someone else. If you all want me to change something, I can make changes in the CID rules provided it is complies with the IF code of conduct.

This is not done...if I have failed in making people feel comfortable here or that people on this forum are 'cold' because of rules, I need to know where I was wrong.

You are not going to place a gun on my head for this.
